Treaty of Nimruz

  1. The Treaty of Samarinda will be enforced once more and any side attempting to bypass the treaty through any means (i.e. Loopholes, Dismissals, etc.) will face international dilemma and will be punished with necessary precautions.

 TREATY OF SAMARINDA

The treaty of Samarinda, 2094 is focused upon ending conflict and bringing peace in the island of Borneo and the East Pacific.

Following are the terms agreed on by the parties:

  1.  Status Quo Ante Bellum; That is, both sides of the conflict agree to return to their pre-war lands and withdraw troops from lands acquired as a result of war;
  2. Both sides form a 4km demilitarized zone between borders in Borneo. No troop mobility shall be allowed in this region. All troop mobility will be permitted only beyond this range of 4kms in the island of Borneo;
  3. Both sides pay war reparations to the lost civilian property as a result of attacks from both sides. This also includes the exchange of PoWs, if any;
  4. India shall denounce Estoreasia's actions of inviting Colombian military. Estoreasia's actions threatened the sovereignty of Tania, even if held no practical ground, hence their actions are deemed irresponsible and unacceptable. Estoreasia shall henceforth not interfere in matters regarding military as agreed in the Moulmein Agreement of 2087. Any further violation would receive special action from the Indian authorities;
  5. India and Johore Darul Takzim pull their military back as a part of demilitarisation and making their belligerent feel secure;
  6. Tania pulls their military back again as a part of demilitarisation and making their belligerent feel secure;
  7. Soviet Federation assures it shall not mobilize against any involved party;
  8. A separate agreement is to be made between Ferolloisa and India regarding military mobilisation;
  9. Both Sides agree to a non-aggression pact between each other for a period of 5 years (5 months irl) and agree to maintain peace at borders;
  10. Failure to comply with the treaty shall result in a declaration of war, if either party is not willing to hold the treaty up to mark and fails to act upon warnings.

 

2. Tania will exile its arrested militants of the raid to Nebelystan. 

3. Any future militants will be exiled to Nebelystan and forbidden from entering Tania forever.

4. Tania and any nation from UOI will not go to war with each other for 20 years.
