Martha Juarez District Hospital - Gargoza woke up slowly, his vision slowly regaining, his arms slowly felt around his hospital gown and the soft hospital bed mattress. He fixed his posture and looked around the room and saw a nurse. Suddenly he felt a sharp piercing jolt in his neck, and started to cough up blood. The nurse ran to his bedside and set his head down on the pillow. Gargoza started coughing with more intensity and a bit of vomit left his mouth. A doctor ran in with his eyes dead set on Gargoza. He quickly injected Gargoza with a serum and his muscles relaxed, he soon fell asleep.

The hospital was some thirteen stories tall and the largest in the city, housing several thousand patients.

Douala, Cameroon SPT - The city was typically festive this year, thousands of people crowded into the narrow food stalls and farmers markets, merchants shouted with customers prices of all ranges into the air. A cloaked woman appeared from the alley between two offices and she stepped out into the large crowd of marketgoers. She felt subtle walking behind her and backed away, turning her eyes to see a woman walking towards, a basket of fruit and vegetables on her head. She continued exploring the market, she saw a few merchants talking to disgruntled customers about being out of stock, proven by the empty baskets that dotted much of the market. She swiftly left the market, her hands raised to cover her head with a hoodie, wanting to avoid raising interest amongst the locals with the light color of her skin. She made it out into a boardwalk, from there should could see the port of the city what must've been a mile from her current position. She could also see large industrial oil refineries in the distance, completely gray in the mist that resonated with Cameroon's tropical environment. Next she saw... small figures resembling battleships that appeared over the horizon; She was just in time.

The Graveyard Fleet convoy drove at full speed to the port of Douala, some eight destroyers, eight submarines, and other ships that must have been cruisers and frigates. The cloaked woman heard bells ringing and conversation stirred over the boardwalk as people rushed around her to look out at the waters. White men, appearing to be soldiers yelled in a thick Russian, pushing against the people back into the city streets, directing them to follow orders to go to their homes. It was no secret the Graveyard Fleet was planning an attack on Douala, but the Soviets had not the resources to stop such an attack. The woman tried to ease through the crowd to get out under the board walk, before leaving a soldier stepped up on a plastic podium and recited infront of the crowd in English and French, "An enemy bombardment of the city is imminent. Take shelter for your own safety, do not resist." The guards began forcing into the crowd and forcing them back into the streets. The woman looked back to her alley for escape but was confronted by a large male guard.

Thinking on her feet, she tossed her cloak over the man and slid under him, making an escape under the board walk as the man struggled to remove the garment.

some time passes

Port of Douala - Bombers and fighters approached from the north west, and soon enough missiles and bombs were reigning over the port of Douala. A single Soviet frigate guarded the city, and within a matter of minutes, it would no longer be so lonely. Soviet anti aircraft gunners raced for their positions and missiles appeared to launch from behind the forests surrounding the city. The bombers flew overhead, leaving the port in shambles, but no more bombs were dropped. They must've been headed for the soviet airstrips in the region. Meanwhile the battle for Douala continued as soviet men took defensive positions in the coastal buildings of the city. Graveyard Fleet Troopships docked on the sands of the port and men rushed out as missiles reigned in on Soviet positions in the city. They would be force to retreat.

Outside Douala - More rockets fired over the hills and into the air, aimed at Graveyard Fleet planes. Several anti-aircraft systems were deployed in the jungles surrounding the city, proving difficult for GF fighters to eliminate. Some fighter planes experimented with wave detection technologies to reveal the locations of Soviet systems for destruction. Alas, it wasn't enough. Then, the soviet response abruptly ceased, with several explosions being reported on the ground in the jungles.

Douala has fallen, Graveyard Fleet aircraft have proceeded with airstrikes on known Soviet airstrips in the African SPTs. Graveyard Fleet damage was hampered by a failure of intelligence drones to identify Soviet positions, with most being shot down.

Martha Jaurez District Hospital - Gargoza woke up again, this time shocked to see his nurse at gunpoint, and a man who he had seen before staring at him. "I think we've been needing to talk Mr.Gargoza." The man sad with a cynical grin. The man walked towards him and rested his hand on Gargoza's shoulder. "Much ado about the freedom of my people." He continued. "What kind of sick joke is this?" Gargoza asked, shaking. "No!" A loud feminine scream could be heard from another room, followed by several gunshots. The man smiled. The man helped Gargoza up from the hospital bed, the nurse still with a gun towards her head. He heard the blasting of police sirens from outside. "You are too tell the Graveyard Fleet, or I will kill h-" The man spoke carefully with confidence before being interrupted by Gargoza, "Kill her." Whimpering was followed by
a shot that echoed around the room, then a sharp thud.

Gargoza stared blankly. "I have no reason to listen to you scum." The man looked at Gargoza with considerably less confidence, now sweating. "I am giving you thirty seconds before I blow everything here including you to shreds." Gargoza scoffed, "pitiful." The man pointed the gun at Gargoza. Gargoza took a drink of water from the cup besides him. Some time passed. The man gave a warning shot. "Five. Four. Three. Two. O-" The man took out his detonator but was surprised to see Gargoza swiftly racing for the window. The man pressed down on the detonator and shot Gargoza, but it was too late and Gargoza crashed through the window, shattering it into a million pieces. The building shortly exploded, and Gargoza was met with a broken body and several ambulances and police vehicles besides him.
