Treaty of Qingdao 2094 

 

  • Victoria will gain Licang, Shinan and Shibei Districts from the Qing Dynasty as a lease. 
  • Victoria will pay war reperations to fix property damage of the previous war. 
  • Victoria will not put any Germans or French people living in the city except soldiers. 
  • The land will remain chinese sovereign territory but the districts are Victorian 
  • The lease will be effective for 2 years and Victoria will pay 960 Million 
  • Qing and Victorian laws will be merged into one specifically selected laws to make it fair. 
  • Revenue and other economic laws will remain Qing.
