Chad Update Log

Fact God Chad looks over his new capital in disgust. He envisioned something more grand in this world especially for what had been promised. The political scene of this world had seemed to be in complete chaos. A number of fools all with claims and counterclaims on minuscule pieces of land that seemed to conflict with tens if not hundreds of other nations' claims. The government he had formed with the country's local leaders claimed all of Chad but currently only can truly control the capital N'Djamena and a few other major cities. Still, the rest of the country especially in the north was almost impossible to administer properly. He had also heard of insane amounts of radiation across the planet and it was confirmed to him that a number of nuclear conflicts had transpired. The Fact God had wired this info back to his home planet of Pagnov and the determination was reached that until a number of more promising colonies were finished this world would be put on the back burner. The Fact God was given clear instructions. Keep a foothold on the world and fortify your current location but do not expand. He was also told supply ships may come but given the world's low priority list, it may take decades or more for these supplies to arrive. Chad began to discuss with a council of advisors he had assembled together. The first order of business was to get full control of the country. The second was to begin setting up border fortifications around the country. The third and final step being to set up a shield to completely bubble the country. Chad knew it would take years even decades to finish the project but he knew that the country would be ready when the first colonists began to arrive.
