Renewable Energy Mandate bill, police reform and Accountability Bill,Protection of Animals Bill, Second tier education Reform and Innovation

Renewable Energy Mandate Act

 

Preamble

 

Recognizing the environmental impact of traditional energy sources, this bill aims to promote sustainability and reduce Meg's carbon footprint.

 

Article 1: Renewable Energy Mandate

1.1 Within the next 10 years, a minimum of 30% of Meg's total energy consumption shall be derived from renewable sources.

1.2 Establish incentives for businesses and individuals investing in renewable energy infrastructure.

1.3 in the course of 5 years 40 wind turbines will be built in the Aegean sea and islands. budget: 797.456.345 million €

 

Article 2: Government Oversight

 

2.1 Create a Renewable Energy Regulatory Commission to monitor and enforce compliance.

2.2 Provide funding for research and development of innovative renewable technologies. Budget: 175.000.000€

 

 

Police Reform and Accountability Bill

 

Preamble

Recognizing the importance of public trust and safety, this bill aims to reform law enforcement practices in Meg.

 

Article 1: Accountability Measures

 

1.1 Implement new check and measures to catch people living in Meg illegally.

1.2 Establish walking police patrol and new measures to ensure safety in the neighborhoods 

 

Article 2: new weapons 

 

2.1 Tazers (25.000 purchase), peper spray (50.000 purchase), Lazer heater (20 purchase). budget: 2.177.500€

2.2 water pressurer vechicle (10 purchase), custom Lamborghini police cars (5 purchase). Budget: 10.480.000€

 

 

 

Protection of Animals 

 

Preamble

 

Acknowledging the importance of animal welfare, this bill aims to establish comprehensive protections for animals in Meg.

 

Article 1: Prevention of Animal Cruelty

 

1.1 New mandatory checks of the animal in the vet every 6 months.

1.2 Establish much more strict laws about Protection of Animals.

 

Article 2: Acts if animal abuse happens 

 

2.1 New emergency hotline 4444 for animal abuse report 

2.2 animal is sent to hospital quickly and after that is given priority for it to be adopted 

2.3 quick and strict process for punishment to be given

 

 

Second tier education Reform and Innovation.

 

Preamble

 

Recognizing the importance of education in national development, this bill aims to reform and innovate Meg's education system.

 

Article 1: Curriculum change 

1.1 students now only have 8 subjects mandatory in second tier of education. (Greek Language, History, biology, English language, social education, economic education, skills development.)

1.2 students are required to select another 4 - 6 subjects based on what they want to do in their future 

1.3 too much and constant homework is restricted 

1.4 school starts at 9:00 and ends at 13:00 for middle school and school starts at 9:00 and ends at 13:30 for high school 

 

Article 2: Grades system

 

2.1 Grades system changes from 0 - 20 to A+ - F (A+, A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, D+, D, D-, F+, F, F-) A+ to D- is pass, if you have 3 F+ or 2 F or 1 F- you fail the whole school year) 

2.2 Grades are given every end of the year 

2.3 50% of grade is the final exam, 20% of grade is your 2 semester exams, 10% is participation in class, 10% is custom in every subject and 10% is decided by the teacher
