Since Tania has rejected numerous attempts of ours to move back and engage in a civil discussion by declaring war on Estoreasia, as their protector, we deem it necessary to help our protectorate against any invader force.
Indian troops marching in the dense forests of Sarawak
Indian troops launch an offensive at West-Central parts of Sarawak which aimed to destroy all supply lines to Kuching, the largest city of Sarawak region. With a force of 35,000 troops and 200 Tanks, alongside aid of 110 artillery and 350 Airplanes in a process of bombarding enemy positions resulted in a moderate success for Indian troops, successfully being able to cut the road links between Kuching and rest of Tanian positions, but at the same time suffering casualties of 10,510 troops and 3000 Injured. 56 Tanks, 20 Artillery and 20 Planes were also lost in the attack.
40 already Docked ships, alongside 30 more naval destroyers initiated a naval bombardment against the blockade of Tanian navy, especially at three points. One near Belitung, one near Padang and one near the coastal town of Pendangtikar.
The navy was assisted by 400 Airplanes, who aided in the bombardment, but were also confronted by Tanian airplanes in a dogfight.
Overall, 7 Ships sank in the bombardment from our side, and the naval battle keeps raging on.
Aerial raids were conducted by the 2nd Rangoon Air Squadron, 7th Phuket Air Squadron and 3rd Mrauk-U Squadron, namely at Serimbu, Kuching and in North-Eastern Bornean areas with Tanian positions.
While Bombardment at Serimbu and North-East Borneo was to weaken Tanian positions, bombarding Kuching was to destroy military factories in the city.
Numerous bunkers and shells were created in North-Western Borneo in order to make a line of defense. Around 1000 Shellings, 700 Bunkers equipped with 2000 soldiers were made.
Additionally, 4000 Land Mines were also planted in the same region.
The troops already arrived at Borneo are being mobilized to borders in order to form a line of defense at the borders.
More and more soldiers specialised in Jungle warfare are being recruited for the army. Around 70 Ships, which include 10 Destroyers, 20 Frigates and 40 Submarines have also been sent towards the Java sea to initiate a breaking of blockade of Tanian Navy.
While the SMO rages in the island of Borneo, India still believes that negotiations can be done in order to calm down the disagreements.
We will wait for a diplomatic response by Tania, but till then the operation shall rage on.
