Protecting the Free-ish World [Iberian War]

      Following the embarrassing intelligence failure at Valencia, the 112 aircraft at the base, which consisted of Graveyard Fleet and Italian aircraft are recuperating from the losses and operations have been delayed.

Graveyard Fleet reconnaissance vessels in the Mediterranean, and Italian radar bases have been activated/deployed to prevent such an incident from occurring again with such high amounts of damage.

The Gibraltar and Ceuta bases remain active, and operations have begun:

Western Sahara/Morroco

The Graveyard Fleet has authorized 260 Fighters and 25 Attacker Aircraft to the Iberian war, with Attackers being stationed in Morocco to attack Soviet encampments, hoping to reduce the speed of Soviet Advancement as they endure the hostilities of the desert.

Additionally, Graveyard Fleet cruiser missiles have hit several Soviet bases in the Western Sahara, Four bases have been hit so far

1: Est 60 Killed, Food and Water Depot Targeted, Second Missile also targeted Cafeteria of Complex

2: Est 200 Killed, Barracks Targeted, 3 Missiles launched

3: Est 50 Killed, Barracks Targeted, 1 Missile launched

4: Est 900 Killed, Ammunition Depot Targeted with 2 missiles, Barracks Targeted, Food Supplies Targeted, Vehicles Targeted, 7 missiles, large explosion resulted in fires which as of intelligence reports, have not been put out at time of report

Drones deployed from Graveyard Fleet frigates targeted troop movements, 38 drones have reached targets at time of writing report, some other 12 are being launched

Based on video footage, atleast 62 Soviet soldiers were killed, and atleast 20 were injured in drone attacks in Morroco, drones also targeted armored vehicles, destroying 2 tanks and 15 non-tank armormed vehicles, mostly for transporting units, which may reap higher casualties for Soviet forces.

Iberia

3 Soviet reconnaissance aircraft have been identified and shot down over Iberian airspace by the GF, including 2 accompanied bomber aircraft.

The Soviet Federation

With the Soviet attack on the Graveyard FIeet at Valencia, and on her assets across Iberia, total war with the Soviet Federation has been declared. 

Jonah Gargoza, minister of the Republic gave remarks in the afternoon yesterday,

"The International terrorist sponsor known as the Soviet Federation unacceptably continues its aggression towards democratic, and democratizing states in the Western World. The Graveyard Fleet anticipated soviet requests for a diplomatic solution, instead 128 of our brave pilots and soldiers, young women and men, were killed before they saw action. Our request for peace has been met with an impermissible act of war, one which will receive retribution of 50x. The Fleet Republic hereby declares war onto the Soviet Federation. Should the Federation not immediately pay reparations to Iberia and the fleet, Moscow will be razed, and it's conniving strategists slaughtered."

Following these words, several attacks on Soviet air capabilities have been orchestrated by the air-force:

The main targets were in the cities of Rostov on Don, Moscow, and Voronezh.

Rostov on Don: The Black Sea Fleet was attacked on the 1rst of June, with 1 drone strike occurring on a Soviet frigate patrolling the Black Sea, off the coast of Sedrosia, two drones were shot down without detonating their payload. 

The Graveyard Fleet is currently conducting intelligence on the locations of the Soviet's Federations naval assets in the Black Sea and Med in anticipation of further aerial attacks

Moscow: Drones launched from the NBF have targeted munitions factories in the outskirts of Moscow, killing 6 workers and injuring 4 in one attack, and killing 1 and injuring 10 in two other attacks which targeted two munitions factory and a motor equipment factory.

Voronezh: This is where the first Graveyard Fleet airstrikes have taken place, 30 Fighter aircraft and 15 Bomber aircraft targeted industrial buildings in the city, and attacked a small airstrip of the Soviet Airforce. The aircraft had extensive stealth capabilities and were able to avoid detection in a flightpath between the Black Sea and Voronezh. Atleast 13 Soviet Aircraft were destroyed in the attack; capable soviet AA-systems were not present at the airstrip, Soviet fighters from nearby air-bases came to intercept the attacks but were not able to respond in time. Soviet Forces did track Graveyard Fleet aerial movement on two fighter aircraft and successfully intercepted the aircraft on their return outside of Rostov on Don.
