Europian Federation allowed citizens to live in claimed iceland lands.

   The Deputy of EF lands in Iceland allowed citizens to live on it's lands after most active military personal has went to main homeland. EF lands on Iceland used to be owned by military and had no new citizens and immigrants coming into it but after most of active military personal went ot reinforce the main home army the deputy was allowed to have citizens on Iceland lands. Current population of EF iceland is currently arround 1k and still there are about 5-7 thousand  military personal as it was main part of anexation. There is only one small town located in iceland lands becouse it is far from any military bases or structures, it is in the North-West as there is least amount of military. 

   Curently the deputy of Nova Zamlya region that was also anexed along time ago wants to make citizens to live on those lands too but the hard wether makes it hard to do. Even military does not have many bases there becouse of realy cold and hard wether and some polar bear attacks. 

   Overall, the population of colonies of EF grow not only with military personal but also in citizens way.
