The Megisian Passport

The government was talking about creating a new passport 2 years now. And now after winning the elections for the 2nd time In a row today they 1 month now they were creating the new passport that will be more powerful and extremely more safe that the previous one. Today 6 November 2093 the bill was appointed in the Parliament. In favour were only the 2 gov parties: New Meg and Megisian Spartans for the Motherland. While against were the Communist Party, Socialist Movement and the Christian Nationalist Macedonian Party. 

The look of the passport

1. Eligibility Age: Passport is needed for everyone over the age of five (5) 

2. Passport Type: 3 passport types: 1) young passport (everyone in age 5 - 10) 2) underage passport (everything in age 11 - 17) 3) normal passport (everyone over the age of 18) 

3. Validity: Young passports: every 1 year | underage passport: every 3 years | normal passport: every 5 years 

4. New passport or same: same passport for young passport buf different for underage and normal

6. Visa-Free Travel: available only in Cilcidia and Ioania 

 
7. Visa Requirements: ID from country fully recognized by the Megisian Republic, Criminal record 

8. Passport characteristics: 

• XXXX: dangerous person but not enough for us not to give him a passport 
• C: suspicious 
• XAAX: same with first one but reported by Ally 

9. Passport Issuer: Ministry of Foreign Affairs 

10. Application Process: Issue ID from Meg or that from a country fully recognized by Meg, get verification for criminal record, give birth certificate, pay the fee needed. Then wait to see if you are accepted (in Case the passport isn't normal both parents must sign to get it)

11. Application Location: Police HQs, embassies, consulates

12. Fees: 15 {m} / 30€ for young passport, 30 {m} / 60€ for underage passports, 40 {m} / 80€ for normal passport 

13. Document Requirements: ID card recognized by Meg, verification of criminal record, photo, birth certificate 

14. Biometric Data: 4 photos, fingerprints, bloodtype 

15. Emergency Services: 171717 emergency line for help abroad, 

16. Lost or Stolen Passports: in case a passport is stolen the new passport will be free and the chip inside the previous passport when scanned will have the message "THIS IS STOLEN". In case you lost it then they turn the chip of the other off and you also get a fine 15 {m} / 30 € 

17. Got stucked: If you get Stucked in a country and you are megisian and have no way to get back then you will be given a temporary passport and will create a new one once arrived back 

18. Photograph Specifications: 4 photographs, not smilling, wall as background, 

19. Special Endorsements:

• TEMP: referring to 17. 
• ARRIVE: for a specific reason you will make a new passport when you arrive 
• i: allows the officer to write some info
