Citizens of The City of Tufsayev rated 'most sickly in the world' according to a survey of the state.

The reconstructed city of Tufsayev, named after the ruler of the neighboring nation of Ryzhetsia. Has gained the title of most disease ridden city in The Moscow Accord, the Tsar, Artyom Tasky Belikov, otherwise known worldwide as Tsar Tasky, has commented on the state of the city named after his greatest ally; 

"I am aware of the elevated cases of sickness ranging from Radiation Sickness and Lung Conditions. I and my ministers most notably the Minister of Health Katya Moskvina, are working diligently to restore the citizens and streets of Tufsayev back to Health. We will not take anymore questions regarding this manner as of this time."

As of November 4th, The city has been under clean up and Isolation as to decontaminate the fields and make Muscovite Grain edible to the Citizens of the Tsarstvo. May God bless the Ruska Accord and The Tsar.
