THIS IS AN EMERGENCY ALERT BROADCASTED AT THE REQUEST OF THE I.S.C.U. PARTY. As of around 8pm yesterday, sightings have been reported in numerous regions throughout the Floridian peninsula of people experiencing spontaneous abnormal behavior. From current reports, these behaviors seem to stem from a musical apparition of one Mariah Carey, a singer from earlier in the 21st Century, and her famous song "All I Want For Christmas Is You." 

Symptoms include sudden smiling, rhythmic movement to the song, followed by the uncontrollable urge to commit to one of multiple possible actions, including a dancing fit, baking cookies, shopping until there's no money left (which greatly endangers state welfare programs), etc. These effects can stem from both the apparition, as well as virally from those already affected. There is no known cure.

While the Party does not condemn Christmas in any manner, we advise to protect against being possessed by these Undesired Yuletide Cheers (U.Y.C.), that you avoid listening to normal recordings of the song, and report any sightings of this apparition. If you begin to hear the song without any possible or known sources, your only option is to run, quickly, while covering your ears, until you are out of range of the music and the apparition stops pursing you.

The Party is working on developing a method of eliminating the spirit via our own tehcnologies. Since we maintain a secular state, if science is unable to find an answer, we will attempt to reach out to other countries who may be able to help.
