war between the RFR and ARE?

The Arab Republic of Egypt has attacked the RFR! 
In a recent accident, the Arab Republic of Egypt called a naval attack on the Russian Federal Republic which resulted in the deaths of many! This attack resulted in massive diplomatic turmoil where Columbus demanded war reparations from Youssef.
