Greetings comrades, this is the Party broadcasting live from Novogo Rima.

We would like to formally address the supposed rift in the Space-Time Continuum that has recently occurred.

For anyone who may have been seriously affected, treatment options are being prepared. Symptoms include visions and hallucinations of an alternate, non-existent reality, in which Rimskaya was attacked by The United Imperium, along with other nations. An particular hotspot of this epidemic is forming in Pensacola, where the center of treatment operations is being established.

 

To anyone who may be experiencing these symptoms, allow us to reassure the following:

 

-No such war occurred, is occurring, or is about to occur. Rimskaya was not invaded, is not being invaded, and for the foreseeable future, will not be invaded.

-The United Imperium and all other states involved are militarily neutral to ours.

-There is no mass death or destruction in Pensacola or anywhere in Rimskayan borders.

-It is safe to navigate our territorial waters, no ships will fire upon you unless you have committed illicit or aggressive behaviors. The same can be said for our airspace.

 

We will be providing updates as they come in. In the meantime, we are proud to announce that we will be rapidly expanding civilian infrastructure within our exterior territories. Each of the republics have been given minimum quotas, as reviewed and approved between the party and regional governments, that plan to see the republics raise living standards to meet those of the Floridian Peninsula by the turn of the century with the year 2100.

Any workers capable of assisting in meeting these quotas, including exceeding them and advancing this program of internal improvements need only contact their local authorities with plans.
