Declaration of war against Novaya Rimskaya

Declaration of war (casus belli)

After several careful considerations, Chief Liberty of the Brotherhood Army has declared that states with command economies residing in North America, particularly Novaya Rimskaya, are a threat to the freedom and prosperity of Nova Cyberia's market economy, which therefore must not be tolerated, and thus shall be liberated as a preventative countermeasure. This has been decided upon between the nations of Nova Cyberia, the United Imperium, and Nukeya, and we will be forming the United Capital Coalition amongst ourselves, alongside anyone else who is also willing to join or aid this coalition against Novaya Rimskaya.

Military actions

The Brotherhood Army, alongside several other Cyberium private defense agencies, will be sending their militiamen and mercenaries out to Florida to do several things:

1. The Brotherhood Airforce will be sending over 2 thousand aircraft for combat air patrol and suppression of enemy air defense missions, with the overall goal of airstriking and bombing military airbases and establishing air superiority over Novaya Rimskaya.
2. The Brotherhood Navy will be sending around 2 hundred warships through the Panama Canal in order to target cities and bombard their drydocks, as well as several minesweeper warships and submarines, with the overall goal of establishing a blockade over Novaya Rimskaya.
3. The Brotherhood Army will also use command and control cyberwarfare and antiradiation strikes, with the overall goal of stifling military communications across Novaya Rimskaya.
4. Special operatives from nations of the United Capital Coalition will be used behind enemy lines and as a backup.

Clarifications

It's worth clarifying that Nova Cyberia is most typically non-aggressive and self-defensive, but while this particular roleplay war is a preventative countermeasure, this war is clearly on the offensive, and thus has slightly shifted the roleplay foreign policy of the Brotherhood. By the way, that casus belli doesn't really mean much since it is more like an excuse just to have some fun attacking Novaya Rimskaya.
