Colonel Anton Tytovsky: A colonel of the Ukrainian army who was given control of the country because of his decorated service and popularity amongst the people. While known to be quite ruthless, he does have the interests of the people in mind and friends claim he is a kind person at heart.
Fedir: A giant man of few words tasked with the protection of the Ukrainian leader. This nearly 8 foot tall monstrosity is rarely seen not at the side of Tytovsky. Soldiers from his former heavy weapons unit often referred to him by the name "Stone Man"
Voldomyr Tytovsky: The brother and right hand of the Ukrainian leader, where the former colonel has the military knowledge and ability to captivate the public, Voldomyr has the knowledge of domestic matters to run economic and foreign matters
Artem Ivanov: A military lieutenant of Tytovsky and the son of the man who would bring about the fall of Old Lunoria even after death
Igor (last name not specified): A German-Russian man and trusted friend of Tytovsky, a Ukrainian intelligence officer/military man (essentially a very skilled tactician/fighter who Tytovsky closely relies on for advice from time to time)
Marek Nowak: A polish revolutionary leader believing that Ukraine and the Soviets are becoming a more advanced form of Old Lunoria and must be stopped. He and many others from east Poland experienced firsthand the evils of Old Lunorian occupation and Marek has yet never forgiven Ukraine for the acts of Ethos Soriano's regime.
Ethos Soriano: The former dictator of Old Lunoria and one of the most evil men to ever live. His psychosis was not always present and was created from a hatred of the world and a life of pain. This did not excuse his acts though and he was toppled by a rebellion and believed by many to have been killed during the Old Lunorian civil war as his capital building was burned to the ground and Old Lunoria crumbled. This may not be true however as slowly a group bearing his symbols rise up in the east in the name of Lunorian supremacy.
Wolfgang Schulz: The leader of a German mercenary group that fled Germany after the collaspe of the Neo-German Empire. His group of 40,000 former German army men are under the employ of the Greater Ukrainian Republic....but this loyalty may not be forever...
Ludwig von Hohenzollern: The former ruler of Germany after his fathers death. Perhaps if the fascist MRP had collasped before his empire had, he could have truly made a Greater Germany as he claimed, but that now remains a distant dream and Ludwig remains in hiding awaiting his chance to reclaim his homeland. (Im saving him for a friend that will need him at a later point)
