Air Strikes against Zetenka

With the Ukrainian strategy of grinding down the Zetenkan air force seeing great success with Zetenka already losing an estimated 320 aircraft in the first few months of the war, the Ukrainian government has finally decided to begin working towards grinding down Zetenkas Navy. So the order was given for mass strikes to commence on Zetenkan Naval bases.

150 Ukrainian fighters and bombers would be ordered to begin moving at high altitudes along the Zetenkan coast. They would remain undetected by Zetenkan radars for a large portion of this journey however approximately 20 miles from the Targeted bases in Zetenka, the Ukrainian planes would be discovered by 2 Zetenkan missile cruisers off the coast of Sevastopol. The ships would immediately begin to fire their anti air weapons and would quickly take out over a dozen Ukrainians, the Ukrainians would retaliate by circling back and 11 Strike fighters took aim and fired, one cruiser was instantly destroyed and the other had caught fire. The dying Zetenkans would then send a distress signal to nearby air bases calling for heavy backup. The Ukrainians had five minutes to destroy the bases that were now within missile range for the strike fighters and would soon be within FOAB range for bombers. Immediately the order was given for all Strike fighters to take aim at the docked Zetenkan ships and blow them all to hell, around 12 Zetenkan Cruisers would be critically damaged by this massive attack. However the victory was short lived as 70 Zetenkan fighters close in on the Ukrainians. The Ukrainians would fight extremely hard to get the bombers to the target and through sheer perseverance, the bombers would be delivered with moderate casualties. FOABs are dropped and missiles fly, by the end of it all, the Zetenkan Naval base has been utterly devastated. However the real troubles were just beginning, for Zetenkan reinforcements had now arrived yet again and the Ukrainians now had a race to reach reinforcements, after an hour of fighting all the way back to Ukrainian airspace, approximately 47 Fighters had been downed, around 5 minutes later, Ukrainian reinforcement would arrives and the Zetenkans would be pushed back.

By the end of this Ariel battle, the Ukrainians would lose a total of 81 planes and the Zetenkans only 44, however this was made up for the fact that the primary Naval base in Sevastopol was cometely destroyed and nearly 30 Zetenkan ships were damaged beyond use. 

After the moderate success of the previous Ukrainian attack, the government has given the order for yet another spirit breaking attack on Zetenka. About 22 missiles borrowed from the Soviets are launched at Zetenkan industrial districts, 16 would hit true and destroy several important factories fueling the Zetenkan war machine, however the other 6 would not hit true and would either be shot down or strike innocent factories nearby.
