Hainan has signed a truce with its enemies to the east, such as JI, Asturias, and Mediterranean. As we are in this war purely to aid Hainan, we will honor this decision.
However, the situation on the Western Front is unclear. As such, Beanstopia’s troops are now deployed about 100 miles behind the front line here, all 30,000 (20,000 having been killed or captured by Japanese troops in the brief but fierce fighting in Korea).
However, a note on the ceasefire with regards to Japan:
In retaliation for a Japanese air/naval raid on Oof that left 72 civilians dead and 254 injured, we have launched a massive attack with BQ-03 drones against Japanese positions in the Caribbean, Korea, and the Japanese homeland. Many were shot down, but enough teached their targets to do significant damage, with one damaged drone colliding with and collapsing an office building in Tokyo.
Upon conclusion of the daylong raid, we pulled pulled remaining forces out of Korea and signed the ceasefire.
We are still sending 50,000 troops to Hainan to aid in building defensive works, but the other 50,000 have been rerouted to Italy to aid the italian government in its civil war; they are expected to arrive tomorrow.
