Ground Force division size

There will be 14 divisions, each comprising 15,000 soldiers. These divisions will be followed by 1250 artillery pieces to form a formidable, organized force ready to tackle various challenges and missions. With their strength in numbers and specialization in different fighting fields, they will be well-equipped to respond effectively to various military operations, ensuring the success of their missions.

4,000 15,000 soldiers in each division will be specialized in driving, operating, and demolishing the artillery pieces. This is so that if an artillery team goes down, some soldiers can take their place.

*Soldiers and artillery pieces will no longer be sent into mercenary service. A new separate branch from the government will be taking over the division.

Transformations in division

The Stinga ding military has parted way from the tank in favor of long-range artillery pieces and armored personnel. The decision to ditch tanks for artillery has significantly improved the battlefield; artillery has allowed better cooperation between “Heavy units” and ground forces. Soldiers can call strikes on targets 100 meters before them without fearing their friends being killed in the assist. In case an artillery division is taken down, 4,000 Soldiers in each division will be trained in artillery.

Mercianry Branch and contracts

The decision to transition the mercenary branch into a government-contracted service comes in response to numerous complaints from the families of soldiers contracted out to other countries. This change addresses the concerns and ensures a more organized and accountable approach to military contracting.

To be eligible to apply for the mercenary contractors, individuals must have served in the military for at least five years and have completed the mercenary class offered by the military during their service. This requirement ensures that those applying for the mercenary division have a solid military training and experience foundation.

The compensation for mercenary contractors will vary based on their assignments, ranging from $45,000 to $300,000 annually. This payment will be distributed through multiple paychecks over the year, reflecting the variable and often demanding nature of mercenary work.

After ten years, a mercenary must retire as they will be worn down by battle and are no value to the mercenaries. They will be paid $20,000 in veteran disability and a $30,000 retirement fund if they qualify.

The government aims to maintain higher standards of professionalism, ethics, and accountability within this sector by centralizing and regulating the mercenary contracting process. This change also provides military veterans with a clear and structured pathway to transition into mercenary roles after service.

Overall, the shift from a military branch to a government-contracted service for mercenaries aims to ensure better oversight, improved conditions, and enhanced opportunities for qualified soldiers while addressing the concerns raised by military families.
