The cryptic nation of Arvon releases a statement revealing its system of government.

The nation is divided into Zones, and the Zones are divided into Sectors. 

The Government consists of three branches, the legislative branch, the executive branch, and the judicial branch. The leader of the executive branch is not elected by its people but designated by the previous leader. This position is referred to as The Supreme Technocrat. Typically, the selectee is the former leader's family member. The Supreme Technocrat has the authority to appoint the Head of Government, who has the authority to appoint Supreme Court judges, Ministers, and upper house members with respect for their scientific and technological knowledge. The Head of Government represents the nation in international affairs, attending diplomatic summits, but only the Supreme Technocrat can veto or approve international treaties. 

The Head of State or Supreme Technocrat may also become a member of the upper house, and his or her proposals will be prioritized.  

The judicial branch has the responsibility to ensure legislation adheres to the constitution and promotes the rights of the land. They run the courts and enforce the laws. 

The legislative branch consists of two houses, the upper house, or the Technocratic house, which has the power to assemble new laws, and the lower house, or the people's house, which has the authority to approve or veto it. The Technocratic house is appointed by the Head of government. Every 10 years, the nation holds an event, in which individuals will participate in rigorous training of their intellectual abilities. Such as science, math, economics, and physics, etc. Several thousand individuals from each Sector participate, but only twenty from each Sector are selected by the Sector's democratically elected council. This leaves a few propitious individuals who travel to the capitol for the final tests. When the event is over, the nation's AI known as EVE will evaluate all the data, and send the top 30 people over to the Head of Government. He or she will assess them, and select the best. one for every zone. The People's House is elected by the people, and an election is held every 5 years. one Peoples Representative for every zone. The Peoples House has the authority to approve or veto new laws or spending propositions, to pass, it necessitates the approval of 70% of the lower house. If the percentage is lower, the bill is disqualified.
