FUTURE KING ADMITS HE IS A WICKED MAN!!!

Today the royal exhibition was held that marked the official display of the new gallery of portraits of her majesty, titled "the daydreaming rosemary". These eloquent and singular set of paintings were commissioned by the Earl of York himself. He named them, in Norwegian and the reasons why are shrouded in mystery. However officially it was stated "due to an ancient tradition from the isle of York"... 

Today the summer wind allowed for a nice sublime day of sunshine and lofty breeze that swished through the trees around the old Harris art gallery. It is said only the closest and most respected friends of his lordship were invited,which included some of the finest and most revered artistic minds of Scotland. Sir Patrick of Galloway and Sir Lucas of Inverness were also among the attendees. The wife and dames of the men who attended were also beautifully dressed it would seem and rather stole the show compared to our plainly dressed and rather shy queen. 

The Earl of York made a speech to commemorate the opening of the exhibition that day and luckily  the speech was penned down by the royal council newspaper for us all to catch a glimpse of. He admitted he was “austere and wicked” and this came as a massive shock to most of the public.

Earl of York's public speech... 

"The world is vast and expansive ... ladies and gentlemen who come here today. The little soul who remains within those carved porcelain frames  is perhaps dreaming of where she shall wander to next...where the heart shall tell her to go. She cannot obey the principles of the earth without my hand... the laws of man lie far behind her. I have seen that without a figure to lead her in her pursuits and to escort her in her small adventures... then the cherubic face smudged upon that canvas, shall not sparkle so brightly. Yet now as she stands at my side , as quiet as a cloud... I can see that I have attained capturing her; that I can now reveal to you the rosemary I have clasped with my own hand .. and reveal her to the vast and expansive world…

I hereby  mark these pure and resplendent days forever...  this archaic time that shall once be gone. This place of time abound… of ethereal exploit and white flower; the  flaxen, providential summers, the unbroken, rapid gusts of the winters that time shall erase as if she had never existed..... the bleakness of man's logic shall try to forget that the feminine heart ever wished to remain idle... the towering Gothic castles shall remain crushed and replaced with flat steel buildings of tepid misery... The time will come when man shall have to part from himself. when the heart shall glide away leaving the flesh with the scathing mind. At least the soft face within that canvas shall  defy such a world.  I am well known to be an austere and wicked man... I do not deny such accusations... So listen and watch as I  present to you ladies and gentleman... a being that has found her place by my side and has given her heart to me.... who now shall remain with me... and defy all the world for doing so... ...I hereby present to you, "The daydreaming rosemary".

A speech like this and a gallery of such controversial paintings of our queen shall go down in history… but then of course it was certainly expected of the rebel king to begin defying and molding history sooner or later…
