The Final Campaign: Siege of Colmar

June 28, 2091

After the nuclear strike in Epinal wiping it from the face off Orbis, the UDI held a special mass funeral for both UDI and Brotherhood losses. The UDI however did not stop organizing a final assault to Colmar as the Brotherhood has used their special weapon while the UDI has still the Ion Cannon operable. The UDI has gathered 530,000 Infantry and 2,500 Tanks with 1,600 Aircraft from the funds of other nations for a final offensive.

The Last Standing Bastion

Colmar stands as the last beacon and the HQ of resistance of the Brotherhood. The UDI surrounds the city, setting up fortified positions while the Brotherhood hunkers down within its defenses. The city's advanced walls and modern defense systems prove a formidable challenge for UDI's advance. Luckily, The UDI deploys elite covert squads 'Chameleon' to slip into the city at 2:30am in cover of the darkness. Their mission is to gather crucial intelligence on Brotherhood positions, supply lines, and potential weak points. Information is relayed back to UDI's command, giving them a clearer understanding of the enemy's disposition. The UDI used this intelligence to call an airstrike to the positions but gets repelled by the Brotherhood SAM systems immediately. This raises an alarm for Brotherhood that the UDI is organizing an offensive to Colmar. After armed with invaluable intelligence, the UDI launches a coordinated assault from multiple directions. Infantry units, mechanized divisions, and air support work in unison to advance street by street. The symphony of battle echoes through Colmar's cobblestone streets as both sides clash fiercely. The Brotherhood however utilizes their missiles and 'Mars' tanks effectively in the battlefield managing to destroy 63 'Pendulum' UDI Tanks. The UDI Infantry is clearing building by building as the Brotherhood troops formed to be formidable in guerilla in Urban Warfare. Sensing a moment of vulnerability, the Brotherhood launches a daring counteroffensive. They deploy heavy armor units known as 'Behemoth' and utilize improvised explosive devices to halt UDI's momentum, forcing them to regroup their advance.

Fierce Resistance: Missiles in Chaos

The UDI unleashes precision airstrikes on critical Brotherhood positions, only for them to be shot down by Brotherhood SAM systems as they are upgraded to target UDI Aircraft effectively. The Brotherhood fires missiles once again at UDI troops forcing them to retreat and the Brotherhood regains the momentum as they blitz through the streets with their vehicles and troops. The UDI aircraft has been ordered to prioritize SAM systems with the use of their EMP missiles, shutting down 46 Brotherhood SAM systems as the UDI establish their air dominance bombing the missile launch pads and providing close-air-support. Leveraging their aerial dominance, The thunderous roar of aircraft and the deafening explosions mark UDI's determination to weaken the enemy's defenses and pave the way for a renewed ground assault. After the several airstrikes, the UDI faced the other way engaging combat with the advancing Brotherhood. UDI Pendulum tanks rampage through the buildings destroying supplies and vehicles slowing the Brotherhood as they chose to retreat to their last resort after the UDI gains the ground momentum. The Brotherhood retreats to a heavily fortified central stronghold, an ancient castle nestled in Colmar's heart. With morale high, they prepare for their final stand, knowing that the castle's defenses are formidable.

Expect the Unexpected: Orbital Launch Cannon

As the Brotherhood forces retreat to their castle known as The Temple of Virtus, a hooded figure slowly approaches the balcony. "It is I, Friedrich Böhm." The hooded figure reveals itself and looks into the city of chaos, Colmar. His death was faked and the king is safe after the palais-du-rhin incident was executed by Victorian Special Ops assassinating Böhm after the spies found out he is the leader of the Brotherhood. The UDI halts their advance in front on the castle firing their artillery and coordinated airstrike at the walls of the fortress, as the Brotherhood shoots anti-air missiles to UDI aircraft managing to shoot down 50 UDI Aircraft. With the odds stacked against them and the importance of Colmar's liberation paramount, UDI decides to utilize the VSS Chaumont, an immense orbital command ship armed with the Ion Cannon. The risks are great, but the potential reward justifies the decision.

Orbital Devastation: End of War

"Ladies and Gentlemen, Victoria is a failed kingdom... I the former Prime Minister did make attempts to make it successful but was it? I made several laws to make the nation better for the citizens but the riots won't stop. Why not join them? The world is a mess and I just need to rule it. Victoria will be better if the monarchy is gone, I will rule, I will succeed, and I will win. Our God Virtus wanted this... We aren't defeated yet, we're just starting.

Despite many disagreements, the UDI utilizes the Ion Cannon targeted at the castle slowly charging for a devastating blast. Böhm slowly embraced the light from sky. The VSS Chaumont maneuvers into low orbit, its Ion Cannon charging to full capacity. A brilliant beam of energy lances down, accurately striking the Brotherhood's stronghold. The impact annihilates the castle at the center of city like imitating a nuclear blast.
