As the UDI forces form a defensive line to the west, the Brotherhood forces as gathered a massive army enough to advance in Victoria, Victoria's capital. The Brotherhood gathered 570,000 Troops and 4,000 Tanks with 500 Aircraft initiating a devastating attack to the city with missiles raining from the sky. The government activated it's 'Ares' Missile defense system but only managing to shoot down 50 missiles out of 160. The UDI forces are still receiving lend lease from other nations as they rush to the capital fighting with Victorian Military.

The Brotherhood seems to be the favor in the war as they manage to hold control of the east part of Victoria and initiates an attack at the capital. However, the UDI has utilized the Ion Cannon firing at Colmar destroying their military supplies and vehicles in one shot. The Brotherhood responded with a 'Satan' missile firing towards Victoria but intercepted by UDI Aircraft.

As thr battle rages on in Victoria City, the UDI forces are still in trouble to stabilize the front in both sides as the Brotherhood continues to grow at the same pace as them. The UDI unleashed a platoon of ATX-2 'Shatterer' destroying multiple Brotherhood tanks with a powerful sonic energy coming from it's cannon. As sonic disperses from it's cannon and echoes from the ground, an ATX-2 exploded violently causing a temporary EMP at the west part of the city destroying 50 UDI aircraft and 37 Brotherhood aircraft. The ATX-2 are still experimental as this is expected to happen but the UDI forces immediately retreated the platoon with several airstrikes destroying 60 Brotherhood tanks.

The Battle for Victoria ended in a UDI victory as the Brotherhood retreats to regroup in a better position for a next offensive. The UDI has demonstrated the determination of their will to defend the city as possible, but with heavy loss for both sides. General Mussecht is spotted in this offensive as he lay down to the ground dead with Victorian forces give him a proper funeral for his actions with the Brotherhood and Victoria.
