Citizens and Orbisians,
I would like to begin this speech with a quote by a very wise man: "We're so back!" That is right, after a long hiatus I have returned to rebuild my nation into the great power it should be. However, I understand the work ahead. The Primar I came back to was ravaged by raids and destroyed by war. In reconstructing it, I realized that I should have a fresh start with this great nation. Thus, effective immediately, I rename this nation, "Tanalat." In addition, the capital has been renamed from Vercity to Tanalat City. I believe this change will help my citizens understand that the troubles that plagued Primar are now over, and a fresh start is at hand. However, I don't want to create unrealistic expectations. This will not be easy. The hard times are not over. There is still work to do to grow our great nation, and I thank endlessly my old friends in The Knights Radiant for aiding us in this endeavor. With their help, I will strive to return our nation to the old ways, the opulent times that many of you have heard of. We will recover, we will fight back, and one day Tanalat will stand tall in the history books!
Thank you for your time. Due to the importance of today, I would like to celebrate. This day, August 24th, will now be known as Rebirth Day, and is to be a national holiday. Additionally, I have ordered a festival to be put on in every city's capital plaza. Please join for food, music, dance, and refreshments. This nation was built on the backs of the people, and thus the people should be rewarded. Thank you again, and take care.
