Sarlington - The Third Most Populous City in North America, February 1, 2091.

It was a cold day for the people of Sarlington. In the middle of Union Plaza, North Sarlington, the people walked to their dayjobs, couples kissed infront of the statue of John Jeralchi, and though emptier than it had been in recent years, there was hope.
Hope that peace was finally coming, hope that their would economically propserous times, and hope they would find hapiness.

Hundred Story Skyscrapers surrounding them, photographers took aweinspiring photos of the towers, whilst others took photos of the sprawling hills and wildlife just north.
Giant billboards plastered across each building, the masterpiece of Dauchh Palki. Dauchh Palki: THE Nation of the future.
And then the billboards flashed warnings at an incoming nuclear strike.
And within just moments. It all disappeared.

The people disappeared into the crowded nuclear bunkers, and many survived. However, the worst was yet to come.
Hours later, the purge troopers arrived. They swept across the land, and now they came to the city.
The city was in ruins. The carcass of MOZ tower quickly became their operational site. They set squadron after squadron into the city, with each time more innocent civillians piling on the ground.
So the people came out, they came out with their rifles, and their sticks.
They fought to the very end.
The purgetroopers retreated from the city, greatly outnumbered by the civillians.
A greater force would be required.
So they brought in the bombers, and they spilled toxic gas across the city.
And once it was all done, the fighters still remained, and the purgetroopers kept coming.
The fighters were forced underground, hiding, and waiting to strike.

No-one knows if they can survive.

Yet they still stand strong.
SARLINGTON - NORTH AMERICA HSR ALEX BERDING STATION.

The fighers gather around an artificial fire at the center of the station's underground. They use the trains to store their weapons.

They dig underground to try and collect.. uncontaminated groundwater.
A man gathers the fighters at the fire and says.

"This is not the end, we will fight, we will survive!"
The crowd cheers.
"Against all odds, We have, with our bravery and spirit, won against the world, we have triumphed in so many conflicts, and with our allies marched onto the horizon to reclaim the world for democracy and freedom!"
the crowd cheers.
"And so, why is it this time so different, we do not need our towers to fight, no money to fight, no food, no water, or anything!"
"And I know that we all need these to have something to keep going forward, but without our own will and determination, we will find a way."
The crowd cheers.
"This is not the end of Dauchh Palki, this is just a new beginning!"

The crowd cheers.

Thankyou to Nukey. I know he is incredibly protective of his worldbuilding and storylines, and I am highly appreciative that he allowed me to go so deep into Nukeya City and impact his own storyline like this.
His bulletins have always been a motivation to me and he has my utmost respect. I don't think there would've been a better way to end this storyline like this.

I want to answer two questions in this bulletin.

  1. What Next?
  2. Why?

What Next?

I have a few ideas for an alternative roleplay, you'll see.

As for the major organs of my roleplay, here is what is going to happen.

SBCON, MOZAC

Moving to Canada, SBCON should still recieve updates, it's most likely going to move to Toronto or Vancouver, but it might end up in London, or Jangururupureri. Idk.

MOZAC will probably move to Calgary.
Gibraltar and Panama Canal.

I want to adress these of my specific claims since they are very important to rp.
I will say that both had been sold to Ausparia or Canada before the nuclear strikes, or that they'd just assume control.

I don't want either to fall into colonial hands, but y'know, If you want to argue I can't choose, and I hadddddddd to give them to someone it'd go to Britain.
(I'm not a believer in "When I leave this specific nation gets all my land and everyone else bad") tho.

Oh well.
Janis?

She's alive and well, expect more from her.

Im probably going to take a break for the time being.

Why?

my frustrations with my rp and the community have been steadily growing. I have had a great time overall but it's become mentally taxing in the way my roleplay is set up.

I like the idea of the APSA but it doesn't fit in with the certain state of the community.

I think war should be a very reserved thing, war's shouldnt be taking place every other day because war has drastic military, economic, poitical consequences that people just seem to ignore.
And being one who tries to roleplay like that, when I am obligated to do anti colonialist things, or fight against colonists, it affects my rp very negatively even though I feel I'm kind of forced to do it.

ex:

News: Makushaland is invading some random island nation!

Me: oh, damn, can you like stop Makushaland?

Makushaland: no, also ur a hypocrite imperialist xaxaxa gibraltar.

Me: welp I guess its not my problem then if everyone is so against this.

RobertoTacoNacholand: Dauchh, why aren't you doing something!

To be fair this kind of more resembles what it was like a few months back. Right now I have had a lot of people asking me to protect their land from colonists, or commenting on how I'm not doing enough. When in reality, I just want a break.

It just doesn't have a good impact on my rp, If I wanted to play as the nation which is always killing colonialists and protecting small nations:

A. Stop having wars so godamn often

or

B. I'd just be a pirate organization

(epic APSA pirate logo)

Plus, everytime I make non war related bulletins, it just gets buried with one exception.

When I make bulletins about all Orbis RP (like democracy index) but those tend to take way longer to make. I mean, I get it, people want to always be having action, and actually interesting stuff that they can interact with.

So while I think making people be able to interact with your rp (like aiding you with wars) is definitely what people like most, its extremely oversaturated.
Maybe focus on yourself, idk.

Thats about it for why.

Finally I want to say thanks to Canada. I feel like they get everything right, they're a great ally, even though they dont help with wars that much its kind of a positive, they have a good economy-politics focused rp that actually makes sense.

APSA has been fun, I met a lot of great people and I had a great time with them. (olsztynnnn)

I guess theres just a time and a place for everything, and I'm not in a position to switch my rp back to isolationist, because colonialism would run rampant.
So I'm just, letting go of that burden.

I am technically taking a break from RP, but I'll probably still post SBCON stuff, Gov Website stuff (as an archive) I might post stuff related to Janis, just cool stuff in general.
I want to promise myself to make absolutely nothing I didn't want too, or didn't feel in the mood to make.

So no war bulletins kekw.

P.S I just tried Sushi for the first time and It was mid, overatted smh, why does it make my tounge numb,

@North Balkans There is no such thing as better wine than the Darwinist glory that outcompeted all over generations, synthetic, engineered, evolved or otherwise to conquer the taste palleted across numerous generations, to be Orbis favourite as well as the favourite of many planets beyond.

Otherwise, welcome to the (temporary) retiree club Dutch.
