I wanted to make a full bulletin about potential ideas to solve problems in Orbis Rp, but I think splitting it up is better:
This part is about how to make the war experience better:
So we all know the fights happen because of wars, and mostly they are because of territorial conquest or territorial liberation. This can get very toxic quickly because everyone wants their victory. So I just suggest less war and if there is one this has to be carefully scripted. It is not only more realistic (100 wars in a year 💀💀💀), but also better to prenegociate something like that. Like some do it in a civil war. If negociations don't work out, there is always a way to scrap the idea at the end.
(Addition: Prenegociations/Scripting would also include the nations taking part of course. Spontaneos war joining could heavily impact the script and at the end could lead to same problems mentioned above)
That way the focus could be moved more to International projects, economy releated stuff, culture, problems a nation itself has, etc which could make Orbis a more vivid world overall.
Note: this can only solve problems regarding already established nations

I mean instead of such complicated updates, one could simply lower their land and it would solve most of the problems. But, I agree with your word.
