Semi-Autonomous Republic Formed in Mexico; Protesters Immigrate

To assist in administrating the new regions conquered by the Revolutionary People's Army, the National Government has authorized the creation of a new semi-autonomous republic in the region, servicing the role of a province in the Legislature.

In honour of those who gave Rimskaya the region, the new province was titled "Armeizka", and the first elected leader is a former general of the R.P.A., who has proclaimed to raise the region's development far past what the old Mexico ever could.

The new republic is already facing turmoil however. The protests from Central America have moved into Armeizka, and proclaimed it as a sort of "bastion" that they plan to use for their movement as a headquarters. The new governor of the region has announced any violence will be "dealt with by any means necessary and reasonable".

The Commissar has been increasingly warned against allowing this movement to grow and spread. The situation of Rimskaya's economy and industry has warranted the protests an increasingly revolutionary character. The Young Red Army (The Youth and Student branches of the protests, armed and maintaining a network of schools.) has supported the protests in Armeizka, and establishing local control, threatening local and national control of multiple provinces and cities.

The situation is increasingly looking like a prelude to a civil war, the first of its kind in Rimskaya, or perhaps a renewed Proletarian Revolution. The revolution would need a centralized leadership and vanguard party, however, the likes of which has yet to appear-

Everything he needed was being prepared for him! It was perfect!

Young Tiberius Democraticus got up from the couch and prepared a bag of books, and a speech he had been preparing. 

His plans were all complete and in place.

The fervour was ever growing.

Everything was proceeding as he had foreseen.

All he needed was to spark the revolt.

"Father! I'm going out!"

"Where to son?"

"I'm going to my school. The Student Government is having a meeting on the recent events. I feel as a leading member I must be there."

"Alright, just be wary of the situation. The Rimskayan government is very concerned about this increasing protest movement, especially in the youth. I understand if you feel sympathy for them, as many of their concerns are legitimate and something that I have been trying hard day and night to address."

"I hope you are at least yourself wary of the workings of the state father. All who gain power are afraid to lose it. You may not be a dictator, but as the leader of the party and Rimskaya, I could just as easily express that you seem afraid to lose yours."

"... I am afraid for Rimskaya son. And I am afraid for your future in this world. It is not friendly to those who think like us."

"Then perhaps in time I can change that. You did it for Grandpa Maximus. Why can't I?"

"... How did I end up with such a genius son?"

"I suppose it runs in the family."

And he was off.

Off to change Rimskaya forever.
