Where has Squidward been?

SNN has been documenting Squidward and all of the old cabinet members since William's takeover. Squidward and the rest of the old cabinet have went into hiding, changing their names. The government says that they are the enemies of the state,especially Squidward. He went into the Culinary business under the name Octoward Tortellini. He runs a pretty upscale restaurant in Squidtopia/Williamland. It's called Talta. The cuisine served there is Italian food and some comfort food from around the world. He's looking at setting up new restaurants in the country and in other countries. He also tries his best to keep his old school food regulations. His restaurant also has just recently gotten its first Michelin star.
