300. Requirements to Cease Excommunicado
301. Requirements: To bring forth the termination of the Excommunicado, the diplomatic expulsion, the diplomatic recalling, the travel ban, the universal U.S. “Persona Non Grata” status, the economic sanctions, and the U.S. participatory ban, The United States of America, acting in the power of its government, must meet the following terms: 1) U.S. admittance of fault in all its wrongdoings, 2) U.S. apology of actions and crimes committed, 4) U.S. admittance and apology for interference in foreign governments from 1914 to present, 5) U.S. extradition of all suspected and accused of committing war crimes, regardless of age, to the ICC in The Hague, 6) U.S. leniency on policies of healthcare and acceptance of populace, 7) U.S. nationalisation of health services, housing, banking, and transportation, among many other services that the government should be providing, and 8) U.S. closure of tax loopholes, to ensure no further escape of fair taxation of wealthy individuals. The Terms are non-negotiable, and must be unanimously met. Until unanimously met, the consequences previously listed shall maintain effectiveness in full, with no exceptions to the extent granted by The Constitution of Gavastek.
