All such persons shall receive ‘Persona Non Grata’ status, and be barred from re-entry indefinitely.

101.2. U.S. Citizens: All U.S. Citizens who are not permanent residents/ indefinite leave to remain residents (PR/ILRR) are to be, as of the 31st of December, 2090 23:59:59, deported from The Socialist Republic of Gavastek indefinitely1, and barred from re-entering the country. Any U.S. citizen found to be in violation of this shall be deported and/or charged with illegal immigration, disallowed from claiming refugee or asylum seeker status,

102. Censure

102.1. Cutting Diplomatic Ties with the U.S.: All official and unofficial government communication, especially of diplomatic nature, with exception only for warning of imminent danger of mass destruction of Gavastek, Excommunicado status negotiations, or to end a war and find a fair and suitable peace agreement, shall be banned, and extinguished from allowance or being in a state of matter.

102.2. Barring of U.S. State Visits: All U.S. State Visits planned, or that are to be planned in the future, shall be cancelled indefinitely or until further policy change, to suit other measures taken against the government of The United States of America.

103. U.S. Restrictions

103.1. Economic Sanctions: The Socialist Republic of Gavastek is to place economic sanctions against all U.S. persons, companies, institutions, entities, imports, exports, governments, and organisations, for their roles in violating the morals, rights, and pursuits of human and Gavastekan citizens’ rights under their jurisdiction, facilitation, and protection.

103.2. Travel Ban: All Gavastekan citizens shall be banned from entering the sovereign lands and territories of The United States of America, and freely associated sovereign states. All Gavastekan citizens within the sovereign lands or territories of The United States of America, or Freely Associated States (FASs)2 are to leave the country as soon as understandably or financially plausible, unless exempted due to permanent resident, green card, or dual-citizenship status. All Gavastekan citizens remaining within The United States of America as of the deadline: 1st of May 2090, shall lose access to Gavastekan diplomatic services (for example, passport replacement, visa assistance, immigration assistance, medical expenses, legal troubles, etc.), and may only have the ability to continue such services by travelling to another country with sustained diplomatic relations with The Socialist Republic of Gavastek.

103.3. Dual Citizenship Status: Holders of dual U.S./Gavastekan Citizenship must rescind U.S. citizenship, or face deportation to The United States of America indefinitely, with no ability to return unless changed by future policy.

104. Denunciations

104.1. U.S. Diplomats

104.1.1. Actions: The actions perpetrated by diplomats of the government of The United States of America are represented and reflected by the actions of their country of origin. By the manners and ways of the actions of the U.S., the diplomats of the named country have greatly and deeply disrespected the pillars by which Gavastek is led in nature, morals, values, and ethics. By violating the trust of the government and people of Gavastek, The U.S. Government’s actions, and extended to the actions of their diplomats, The United States of America attempted to make a mockery of what human rights The Socialist Republic of Gavastek has enamoured to every person, regardless of any factors, the likes of which will not be tolerated anymore.

104.1.2. Negligence: The United States of America, through its policies, and work as in the power of their embassy, have portrayed themselves as nothing less that grossly negligent to the rights of their citizens, and the accountability, as well. The U.S. refuses to allow the trying of their citizens, and the extradition such trial may entail, for war crimes committed during war and peace, in countries of enemy and ally. As such, the utter negligence by the government of The United States of America, allows no room for mercy or subjection, other than the crimes committed must be brought to justice, and the perpetrators tried for their actions.

104.1.3. Professionalism: The professionalism of diplomats representing the U.S. has been nothing less of atrocious, as representatives of the subject country have shown little respect to The Socialist Republic of Gavastek as equals on this planet, as all countries are, rather a besmear of superiority loomed around every interaction between the two countries.

104.2. U.S. Citizens: All U.S. citizens, especially those who vote for their government, are responsible for the actions witnessed by The Socialist Republic of Gavastek. By electing a government with such awful morals, and then continuing to allow such behemoth actions to continuously happen, and yet still do nothing about it, are equal in guilt to the committers. Complacency is not a crime where the one who follows along is innocent, and considered a victim; complacency is nothing more than the cowardice, and acceptance, of actions by the masses.

104.3. U.S. Policy: U.S. Policy regarding The Socialist Republic of Gavastek has been nothing short of disastrous and purely disrespectful to Gavastek as a sovereign and independent nation. As seen through their continual treatment of Gavastek as a second-class nation, ignoring our wants, wishes, and non-negotiable pillars, trampling them in the process. The U.S. policies witnessed also go against every major human rights treaty signed by countries around the world, with some of the most impactful missing the U.S.’s signage. Rights to all humans, such as healthcare, government participation, food, shelter, and happiness, all of which are unseen by a vast majority of U.S. citizens, due to such policies headed by their government.

104.4. U.S. Actions: The United States of America, since its signage of The UN Charter3, and participation of The Nuremberg Trial to prosecute war crimes, has violated and contradicted itself in the 145 years since, committing more war crimes than countable, harbouring more war criminals than any other country, seeking itself immunity4 for its citizens in the committal of war crimes, and the covering up and denial that such war crimes exist or were committed.
