The Berglander Republic

Within the troubles of Orbis, a nation exists which seems to have never changed since the Dutch first came: A nation throughout its history constantly being ruled by the Dutch (Berglanders), but never by its original people, the Tawantinsuyans. A saying goes like this: "Everything which is inside the Andes will remain inside and will be never changed by the outside". It is quite exagered, but in fact it never changed from its deep core. Berglanders make up the entire upper class while rarely Tawantinsuyans making it this far. Although they are the majority from around 265 Million citizens. Only 10 Million are Berglanders.

With the Berglanders making up the upper class and the Tawantinsuyans being the majority and in addition being poor, it is only a matter when the Berglander Republic will fall. This is also called the Andes Sasachakuy (Andes Crisis). People already march for better standards of living, better representation and better opportunities. But the Berglander government seems to not care about these concerns...
