Famine strikes European continent, Poland and Azores inflated economies lead to further distress.

The European continent has recently suffered from another conflict involving the destructions of vital infrastructure and industrial zones such as railroads and factories, with hyperinflation on the rise due to high demands for very scarce consumer goods, and the complete collapse of imports and also the destruction of many ports, it has become very difficult for the average citizen to afford basic necessities.

The National Diet has unanimously voted to allow allocation of resources to relief efforts in order to alleviate the devastation caused by such conflict, 2 major relief efforts involve the opening of soup kitchens in Poland and the Azores, with supplies being airdropped into remote areas where said soup kitchens cannot be opened.

The aforementioned soup kitchens will bring jobs to the area by hiring local workers, with staples like bread and cereal being sourced from local farms in order to provide a temporary boost to the regional economy, workers and farmers contributing to the relief effort will be paid living wages as well as having all their basic necessities met.

Basic infrastructure such as roads and highways will be rebuilt in order to accommodate transportation of primary goods from rural to urban areas, as well as providing further boosts to the overall national economies of both nations by encouraging trade, commercial activities and movement of the people.

Other countries, one example being Neo Falhro, has also started relief efforts for the people of Europe.
