K89-PXVI cases rise in Floresia

K89-PXVI or Plaxia Virus cases have rose from 493 to 1,942 cases

K89-PXVI has increased in cases from 493 to 1,942 cases, and it's continuing to rise. 

The local governments of Malay, Nabas, Buruanga and Libertad have increased the disease alert from level 1 to 2, while neighbouring provinces of Cubay and Ibajay have declared disease alert level 1. 

For those who don't know what Disease alert levels are:

Disease alert level 1: Temporary Quarantine, Private businesses closure, Travel Regulations. 

Disease alert level 2:Semi-Permanent Lockdown and Quarantine, Travel Ban, Public and Private businesses Closure. 

Disease alert level 3:Semi-Permanent Lockdown and Quarantine, Travel Ban, Mandatory Temprature checks and Illegal to leave homes unless absolutely necessary (i.e Going to hospital), State of Emergency Declared. 

First deaths were reported in Malay Province. Total Death count is now 38. 

The CDC is now stepping in to help contain the outbreak and contribute to vaccine development.
