Neongardia, a nation not known to many when talking about France Soleiliste, yet it is as much part of France as any other part. With a population even larger than Mainland France it makes up a very large proportion of the Soleilist realm. However illnesses plagued the nation since the dawn of human civilisation. To set an end to this cruel tradition a campaign to fight illnesses was started to root out any illness capable of killing human life.

Scientists from Neongardia, Algeria and Mainland France work together to find a solution to this problem and work out a plan to defeat illnesses. One of them, Dr Daladier from Douala explains how such a plan could work:

We have to make sure to first try to decontaminate regions of illnesses. A starting point here might be midges: They can potentially inject Malaria by stinging you, which can end up badly. But we also need to take care of other illnesses of course.

And we need to expand on Healthcare: Here I'm very confident Louis Napoleon will propose an edict for regulating excactly that helping us a lot treating these illnesses. We will get labour force from Mainland France to aid our ambitions reaching potentially as high as 6000. 

Education isn't a problem here, since we basically have free access to knowledge and education in Neongardia, so new generations will also come to step forward to help to fight the illness problem

Overall I'm confident this will work out and if we make this we can unleash the real capabilities of our nation. I already look forward for potentially our grandchildren to not live under these issues anymore bringing more happiness to our life here.
