President Kuyper had just signed a decree. A decree that states that all Uchamans are to be removed from the lands of the Dutch Republic to make room for people with actual Dutch heritage. He would soon deliver a speech to the population about it, but he had to wait until the NLG was in position. The seconds on the clock slowly ticked away, but there was no word from General Winkelman yet. Then, after about 15 minutes, the greenlight was given and the President stepped onto his balcony. There was a large crowd there to greet him. Because of the importance of presidential speeches, all broadcasting devices started to broadcast the speech.
"Hello my people, as you know I have been working on turning this little damaged state into a true utopia. I have decided to take the next step towards this goal. We are removing the former oppressors from our country. Uchamans have been in these lands for years, ruining our culture and pushing out us native Dutch folk. It is time to retake our country, as well as our glory. As I am speaking to you, the army and police are hard at work tracking down Uchamans, and putting them on trucks to be shipped out straight back to Uchama.
Thanks to our friends in the UMSR, the nuclear program has been completed and a nuclear weapon has been tested in [REDACTED]. We will now begin a production effort for nuclear weapons, and we will continue research for other weapons which don't exist yet in order to guarantee our freedom.
Soon, we will begin the Revamping The Cities Effort. You might be drafted as a low pay laborer, but remember that to reach true utopia, everyone has to make sacrifices. I am certain you all understand and will do your part in the creation of a Dutch Paradise. Thank you."
President Kuyper walked back into his room, knowing well that he had just set a program in motion that he himself could not stop. It's now or never. He sat back down behind his desk, continuing his never ending work on the way to paradise.
