As the Duke  Malacrida, I stand before you now bearing a heavy heart and a heavy burden of obligation. In this time of transformation, I speak to you with the utmost humility and hope for a better future. An extraordinary event has taken place in our beloved country: a military coup against the reigning king that I, the Nobilty and the Military planned.
Let me reassure you that this coup was planned carefully and with a profound respect for the values that guide a just and thriving nation. The decision to depose the king was not taken lightly; rather, it was motivated by a grave obligation to uphold the rights and interests of our people.
I declare today that an aristocracy has been established in our country. This declaration is an opportunity to restore and revitalise our society rather than one of tyranny or persecution. The aristocracy will be composed of Nobilty members with extensive knowledge and a real desire to see our nation grow.
Let it be known that this transition does not mark the end of the Monarchy, but an evolution towards a more efficient and stable governance. While the king's rule may have been marred by tyranny and imprudence, we must remember that true power lies in the hands of the Nobilty. The voice of our citizens will be heard and valued.
To our dedicated armed forces, I express my profound gratitude for their unwavering loyalty and dedication to safeguarding our nation.
