Peace, Treaty of Warsaw, and New Borders

By now the war was at a stalemate, both sides thought they won, it went from GW winning to RB/ISP winning and now it is a stalemate. Only a fraction of the original people in the war were left. Then I got invited to a chat on discord, and they offered me this treaty:

The Treaty of Warsaw. 

• Iberia and Melon both agree to a NAP for 12 months. 
• Melon forfeits all claims in Iberia and France. 
• Melon is guaranteed Cyprus, Czechoslovakia and Eastern Poland. 
• Iberia gains all Melonese territory in Iberia.
•  Both Iberia and Melon will be protected by the Soviet Federation. 
• Both Nations withdraw from the war and to never reenter it.
• Melonese Citizens will be given equal rights and opportunities in Iberia. 
• No !@#$ will take place in both Nations.
•  Both Nations don't have to pay reparations but it is optional.
•  Iberia has to give Melonese refugees sanctuary. 
• Melon keeps their Nuclear Weapons. 
• Iberia keeps the Soviet Nuclear Weapons. 
• Both Nations must have a festival in Cyprus celebrating peace between both Nations. 
• Cyprus must be also completely demilitarized

(I also keep African and Asian Land, not sure about Turkish land though)

This seemed like the Perfect Treaty, there were only 2 things that I just did not like, Demilitarization of Cyprus and Losing France, I knew I should be grateful that this treaty was fair so I was fine with demilitarization of Cyprus, but losing France, my homeland? So I did the obvious, I traded my African Land and my new Eastern Polish land for France. So now my borders look like this:

I just learned that I keep Turkey, so that's swell

Anyways peace has been restored and a party will soon be held
