After 650 Troops were encircled in a northern pocket of Akireia, the rebels concentrated all their strength there, withdrawing from most occupied regions to set up a stronghold in Northern Akireia. The military organized a counterattack, and with help from RAS intelligence officers, were able to blow up a warehouse controlled by rebels, which held over 870 Guns, from Pistols to Assault Rifles. After this successful bombing, they assaulted the Warehouse and seized it.
Battles would continue, as the 16th Urban Brigade, which had taken the Warehouse, joined forces with the 20th Armoured Brigade, 12th Machine Gunner Brigade, and the Rosetta Armed Squadron(RAS). A total of 980 Troops and 86 Tanks would attack the rebels behind enemy lines, capturing the rebel controlled Oceanic Campus, and the OIWS North Akireia research station. For 2 days, a deadlocked front started, however, after dozens of casualties, the military organized a breakthrough and captured the Aquarium and docks.
The Eastern Brigade of Rebels surrendered, but in the east, a thousand rebels would continue their resistance. The military organized a Sneak attack, enveloping the enemy in Armored vehicles. They would surrender, and rebel leaders would be detained, as well as over 980 Rebels.
