Im going to try to not make this a "my side good, other side bad bulletin"
Im going to be honest I dont like these types of bulletins because they're so god damn cringe, like "Omg guys welcome back do you know who f*ked up, oh yeah, this guy, and also feel bad for me" which is the majority of my rant bulletins btw plus its kind of embarrassing for people who arent involved in bulletins.
So heres what happened: Nukey made another funni shadow organization called Doge Army Me and RoDevs joined, and got an autistic adrenaline high.
So we memed all over the OUN server, and Iberia and UKM complained about it. But Poggers didn't do much about it so UKM got angry and this is the screenshot that destroyed everything.
So now, I've gone back and forth with Luna about everything and Poggers has just decided to lock the server for a week.
There are other details but they're not that relevant.
So I'm going to give out some of my hot takes, and try not to elude to any people in particular (but youll know) I think its best if I due this because certain people might just try to villainize me for it or go as far as to report the bulletin for harassment, because clearly "certain people" can't handle being around this time of crap.
Hot Take #1 Hyper-Sensetivity and lack of Self Of Ownership is making people leave.
Apparently shitposting is a federal offense now. I can name a few people who have left or leaving stuff because of it.
Pino, Nukey, possibly even RoDevs.
And I can name many more who have just had a horrible experience because of it, including myself, Deckerton (who is now rerolled), Ausparia. Its just impossible to hold an actual conversation without someone saying the wind is strong while simultaneously b**tching that someone shitposted or, god forsake, criticized them, or voided them with an actual reason>
And I know it firsthand, because I've been hated by like half of the people here ever since NADP was founded. Maybe thats a sign that I'm the problem, but I've decided instead to stand my ground against crybabies who can't handle a harmless joke or hold an actual conversation. Its not like everyone is like this, some people I may have just misunderstood, had to get to know me better, or are just chill in general. But I'd say the majority of Red Bloc Members and ES members, to fling a little bit of crap their way.

I'm not going to accept a NAP with Red Bloc without decolonization or something. (for a peace treaty) And here is my thought process. The NAP will be abused by colonialist member states and whatnot to advance their claims and get more power. We are headed for a world hegemony at the moment, (ISP and Red Bloc)
and if that happens, RP Dies. Anyone who doesn't submit to them will be crushed, so even if you support them, thats a real concern. I dont want to fight this war for nothing, allow my allies to be annexed in their own separate treaties, and just let Red Bloc and Sedrosia expand and take over the whole freaking world with no opposition.
Hot Take #3 Stop Defending Peace like its the answer to all of our problems
I want to start this by saying the APSA wasn't founded on goals of maintaining a world order of peace and happy rainbow times. No, it was created to crush anyone who wanted to colonize and dominate the world with a giant club and cave their skull in.
This connects to the NAP thing, peace is just going to allow more agressive and demanding people to take over stuff. Protecting peace is being used as an excuse to dismiss actual concerns.
If you so much as oppose someone and suggest that they're being ***holes, youll just get laughed at and called a crybaby. Ex: Prussia and Lunoria (and I honestly dont care if theres a "but actually Prussia bad for so and so reason, I dont care) So if you decide the only way to handle that problem is with a war, youll be met with "OMG THIS PERSON IS A WARMONGER"
Ignore new players getting eaten alive by 15 people using fail rp just because they want a small piece of land. but ofcourse, theres always a "you're a hypocrite, you do the same thing" when its really not like that (my personal case) so yeah.
Its a never ending cycle where resisting is the most horrible thing ever.
And you know what really puts the icing on the cake?
People eat this up like a 50 course meal, like theres no problems at all. THE PACT MENTALITY IS REAL!!!
Even new players. Because as soon as someone is somehow, contradicting themselves, they're the worst person and you can never trust them, they're an evil warmonger who hates people who try to rp differently then them.
Hegemony is not fun rp. I hope you took something away from this, if you didnt and want to continue simping the things that got us into this mess, so be it, but just know I am saving a special place for you on my nukes target list.

Honestly, after seeing this article, I think I'm one of those people who've been trying to defend peace, but I don't think I go to that extreme. It's just that with everything, including how literally 10 million people got annihilated within like a second by nuclear attacks, It's really making me mad as to how all this came to be, and I just want to do something to stop it, because it seems so wrong to deal all this with a war over a mishap. I don't understand why we can't attempt to converse about what happened and attempt to understand the situation enough so we can make decisions as to whether or not we attack or not, and how we can conclude this whole thing with peaceful terms.
It's all confusing to me, sure, but I want to do something other than stand in the side lines, but I also don't want to be annihilated. I want to make an impact that can help lead to peace, or at least better understanding of each other so we can understand why we do what we do, and why must this action be taken for what purpose.
Also, I love how the tea is literally just orange juice.
Funny how you say that Hegemony isn't. It probably isnt a whole lot of fun for people who helped kick started this whole mess in the first place. However never saw you complaining when the Global Watch and the GENDT pretty much controlled the world. I remember when y'all freaked out when the European Commonwealth was founded and saying that it was a threat to peace. Yeah I remember.
As I said, I still think we have a chance here. RP isn't dying, it's just in a period of decline, and we certainly can fix everything.
That's not to say I haven't considered leaving (I've literally written out leaving bulletins and then not clicked the post button because I love the community too much), but I just think we can't give up now. We can fix it all, if we can put our differences aside and forgive each other a little more.
