The failed assasination

quatrième chapitre 4, verset 20-43

A large hall: At one end the gates at the other the seat of the Emperor.

Many desired the holy seat for malicious intend. To spread darkness over the Holy Empire. To feed their desires with bits of the sun, until the sun is no more. 

But they were at least enlightend to know that an attempt to overthrow the Emperor would be stupid.

They instead hid in the shadows with their ideals.

Not like one certain from Northern France who posed with their ideals in public.

The person called himself Richard the First of Dunkirk.

He wanted to drink "good wine", to gain the "riches of France" and to aquire the means to fufill his desires. He wanted to exploit everything France had.

Filled with this goal he marched into Versailles, into the residence of Louis Napoleon.

He marched into the Hall with firearms, but there was noone. Only the sun is on the otherside bringing light to the hall.

Suddendly behind Richard a person appears:

 

???: "so, Richard, you really expected me not to know?"

 

The weaponry Richard had was taken away by this person.

 

???: "I don't give you even the chance to try it, but so I won't kill you for that."

 

Confused Richard askes this person:

 

Richard: "Who to hells sake are you??? Don't tell me you are the emperor"

 

Louis Napoleon: "Indeed I am. Now I want to ask you a question: Did you really expect you could claim the entire wealth of France just by becoming emperor?"

 

Richard: "Yes... AND YOU WILL DIE!!!!" 

 

To restore his pride he attempts to kill Louis Napoleon with his bare hands, but this would end up not working

 

 Louis Napoleon: "Don't think this would work. I fought durring the Warlord Era to reunite France and our army won battles where we were far outnumbered. You failed twice in killing me just in about 5 minutes. You are already a fallen emperor. Now go home."

 

Richard: "Can't I even drink good wine???"

 

Louis Napoleon: "Yes, I won't prevent you from that, but in reality I don't even have wine. So find your own."

 

Richard: "That's enough! I won't try to become emperor again!"

 

Richard was disgusted how enlightened Louis Napoleon really was and told himself to never become emperor again.
