By Royal Proclamation from the High King of The Forgotten Realms 

As High King of these Forgotten Realms, I, hereby order the creation and constitution of the "Most Noble Order of the Forgotten Sun." 

This chivalric order is the personal chivalric order of the High King of The Forgotten Realms. Membership within this order is by invitation by the High King alone. 

Membership within this order is the highest honor you can receive within The Forgotten Realms. Please see the google document for more information.
