Good evening, everyone. So, we don't have a lot of news to talk about, mostly because we're here to talk about two thing, and those two things are the transition to an oil economy, why this has come to be, and the selling/gift of prototype planes handed to the military.

Jangurupureri & The Question Of Oil.
Now, for those of you who don't quite understand why this is going on, I'll explain to you why this is happening.
So, you see, Jangurupureri was recently involved in a counter, with about 4 nations countering the nation. The Janguresian Government had to spend lots of money, time, points, and resources to defend itself from the counter. Roughly 34 million dollars was spent in the battle. The reason why they had countered in the first place goes back a long while.
So, there was an alliance member that had recently attacked an active alliance, and this active alliance retaliated. At the time, Janguresian Janguresian Officials weren't aware that this alliance member had attacked an active alliance, just that an alliance had attacked one of their fellow memberstate. Honorary Diplomatic Representative, Jyaihoih Galahiamha, had attempted to get the story from those who had countered the alliance member; however, he didn't get any answer back. As a result, he let things get the better of him, and he had assumed that these memberstates from that other alliance had attacked for no reason, and as a result, this was when the start of a long & devastating battle had begun.
The Janguresian Government had declared war on the memberstate that had originally attacked their ally to gain venegance for a member that they thought was innocent. Since the Janguresian Government was still fairly new to also handling alliance foreign affairs, at the time, they had not considered the option of talking to their enemy alliance's foreign affairs minister, and soon after, it had already all gone to hell.
While Jangurupureri won against the counter, it had claimed many peoples' lives, many homes, and it started to look like it was the Janguresian Economic Collapse all over again.
Now stuck with roughly 5 million (in-game) budget, this had meant that now since many materials had been spent in the aftermath of it all, the Janguresian Government had looked towards it's other alliance members to give them some information to help Jangurupureri get back on it's feet.
Oil had been presented to be the one thing that the Janguresian Government should heavily work on, creating at least 10 dozens of oil wells. Oil had been a controversial topic in Janguresian Politics for it's terrible effects to the environment, and how Oil has breeded quite a lot of oppression, including ethnic & cultural oppression, but the Janguresian Government had to choose between having a greater possibility of recovering, or have everyone in their nation live the lives that they didn't wish to bring about to their society & citizens. As a result, the Janguresian Government had decided to start it's transition to an oil economy; however, it's been decided to make sure that there is something in place so the oppression of those under the oil industry can be minimized, such as giving everyone wages that are valued above the living wage.
Because of all this, it's been tough, and so far, at least 3 - 4 of our most major cities have already transitioned towards mostly making oil; however, since the damage had been done mostly to our well known cities, including our capital, it will be quite difficult making those cities transition, since the infrastructure required to repair them is beyond the Janguresian Budget, and even with deficient spending, they still don't have enough to be able to repair itself entirely.
The Janguresian Government had soon changed it's tune about the whole St. Kalipo' Koko propaganda poster for the oil industry and is now proceeding to encourage this for the sake of repairing a damaged nation.
The Janguresian Government is also considering joining the OOU, but many don't think that this will be possible in the foreseeable future; however, the Janguresian Government is also aware of it's ITCA trade alliance between the HAE & RoDevs, but the alliance seems more as a treaty of trade, since not much has been done in the alliance, but it's worth a shot.
May God have mercy on us and wish us luck on the endeavor to repair the husk of a post-war sovereign state.
TB-E120 & Rhodesia.
The Janguresian Courthouse of International Relations & Policies or CHIRP, have been discussing with Rhodesian Officials about giving them experimental TB-E120 planes that were given to the Janguresian Government to help fight off SLF rebels, but you may ask yourself, "Why in the world would anyone want planes to defeat a couple of guys with guns?" Well, it's because A. the SLF is not just a couple of guys, rather around 15,000 people. Rhodesia needs all the help it can to defeat the SLF; however, the SLF are doing guerrilla attacks, and since the TB-E120 is currently being made to be able to fly in rough & ever-changing environments, we believe that the TB-E120 could be great at defeating the guerrilla soldiers and it could also help Rhodesian ground control avoid less ambushes by SLF personnel; however, there is one problem with this. These TB-E120 units are highly-experimental, which means that there is a greater chance of mechanical malfunctions, which could be terrible for those in the Rhodesian army that would be using this plane. It could also redeem a very successful turnaround in the Rhodesian Bush War, which would be good for the Republic of Rhodesia.
Currently, the CHIRP are still trying to talk to these Rhodesian officials about giving them these aircraft to combat the guerilla tactics being done by the SLF. These Rhodesian Officials have decided to sport up to two TB-E120s for ground defense & for combatting the guerrilla warfare & heinous crimes being committed by the SLF.
New Changes to JTAL-194 channel display:
So, the Janguresian Parliamentary Broadcasting Channel - 194, or the JTAL-194 channel has decided to change it's format to look way less bland, and focus more on creating a format that's more interesting to both the Janguresian audience and the international audience. It's supposed to look more sleek and modern than of that of the previous design.
Many changes were made in the design, including how everything is formatted. The diplomatic flag has been removed, leaving only the two flags that are included in the Janguresian Coat Of Arms. The Coat Of Arms is now larger, and surrounded by a ribbon that says the name of the channel twice, instead of once, and has more interesting font styling. it also now features a grid system of images that can be plopped down, with the maximum being 6, limiting how many images can be involved in the main picture, but made in such a way that JTAL-194 digital designers wouldn't have to worry about too much free space and having to have a format that can be a little inconsistent and inconvenient in many ways. The Left side colors have also changed, with the left now being red, and not blue, but as a result, it includes way more colors than the previous format.
