Former president Sadie O’Keefe escapes military custody

Good afternoon, Luna! Once again, this is Isak Sorensen reporting for the Lunar Post in our capital of Arcadia.

After her hospitalization in Arcadia due to minor injuries sustained during the coup of her corrupt presidency, former president Sadie O'Keefe has escaped custody.

In the midst of a solar eclipse, a fire alarm was set off in the Arcadia National Hospital prior to her escape. However, investigations revealed that the alarm was caused by what appears to be a smoke bomb being set off in a storage room, insinuating that O'Keefe had support in this escape operation. In the chaos that followed the fire alarm beginning, O'Keefe made it out of the building and away from the hospital, where she was under armed guard by Lunar and Lucraian soldiers.

O'Keefe's current location is unknown along with who her assistants on the outside may have been, but military officers have confirmed that they are searching for where she possibly could have gone.

Meanwhile, a small, united front of O'Keefe's supporters have begun a fight against the temporary military government and those calling for a re-election following her freedom from custody, and skirmishes have grown worse between O'Keefe's supporters and military officers...

People of Luna, the situation is rapidly declining. To those in Arcadia, stay indoors for now and leave when you can. This may be the start of the third Lunar Civil War.
