Republic of China and sovereign order come to agreement.

After the Chinese response to the S.O.A going into Kamchatka Russia with the goal of setting up a monarchy that will not join the United Russian Republic, And after Chang Huang talked with Michael IV Michael came to a agreement, The S.O.A will still be allowed to establish a provisional government in the area made up of local leaders that can be trusted, And when the United Russian Republic borders  Kamchatka,  Kamchatka will join the United Russian Republic.


This recent diplomatic issue almost resulted in China kicking out the S.O.A from the Alliance of the three People's principles, and sanctions however even with this issue resolved a since of un easy mood has swept the alliance,
