The Sovereign Order of America has recently invaded the Russian warlords in Kamchatka with the stated goal of setting up a new Russian Monarchy, and one under what Michael IV calls a “A supervised state” he also stated his intension to expand this new Russian government in Siberia and has stated that it will not hand over any territory it captures to the United Russian Republic.
While there is nothing wrong with fighting communist or fascist or ultra nationalist warlords the problem China has is how America has violated the sovereignty of the United Russian Republic, The URR is a ally to the Republic of China and as president i do not support any imperialistic policies even if China itself is doing it.
As president of the Republic of China and as someone who considers Michael IV and the Sovereign Order of America a long time friend and ally the decision of me and my government is saddening but necessary. . .The Republic of China will enforce sanctions on America, China will also bare the Sovereign order of America from the Alliance of the 3 people's principles until the Sovereign Order of America can once again act as the respectful and likeable Nation it once was and i know it can once again be.
I hope for a peaceful and diplomatic end to this crisis and i invite Michael IV to do what is right for all mankind.

Catania-Prussia supports this move, however will not engage in sanctions against America. Instead, the Executive Council calls for mediation between the parties in this predicament.
We don't support this invasion. This is an unjust invasion against a Peaceful Krai. We will intervene and we won't tolerate this unjust action made to establish a colony in Kamchatka by SOA
