Hello everyone out there in Orbis, and welcome back to the international version of the Janguresian Parliamentary Broadcasting Channel! My name is Taliialuxia Baraolivasiva and we have a severely slow news day today, folks! We'll be talking about 3 major things! We'll be talking about how it turns out the GHAL-90 was quite similar to influenza, the trial of Mohun's actions, the idea for the International Trade Community Association has begun, and a building by the name of the World Pavillion is created.. Anyways, let’s get started with...

Chapter 1: The Spicy Virus isn't so spicy as we thought.

Scientists found out, a week ago, that the GHAL-90 virus has a similar strand to that of the flu itself. While both of these photos may look different, do you notice something about them that are similar?

Subject 1: Influenza

Hopefully, as you can see, our doctors, with help from Preussen's funding, were able to find out that this GHAL-90 virus's shape was quite similar to that of the shape of influenza. The difference here is that the influenza shown in the first picture was of a patient who was feeling colder, while the GHAL-90 patient in the second picture felt extreme amounts of heat. Knowing this now, our severe number of doctors in St. Itihas Vol Kowida have been able to develop a vaccine that fits this version of influenza. 

We have called this vaccine the Navelvirine Altazal vaccine, which works wonders against the GHAL-90 virus. We'll still quarantine for another week, to make sure that nearly everyone in the nation can get their N.A vaccine before we end the quarantine. The national emergency; however, has been defeated.

Chapter 2: Mohun's Mo-outta' here!

After Mohun Sharad Ashtekar's treatment of the GHAL-90 virus (Flu Variant), he's now currently in custody and is awaiting orders to be taken back to the Chittagong State, for a proper Bengali court trial for attempting to cross the border without permissions or a legally binding passport, and to be put in Trial for Mohun's actions against the East Indian Government, a diplomatic Ally to the Janguresian Government.

This is the only picture we can currently show of Mohun Sharad Ashtekar, who appears to already have been somewhat sick by the time this photo was taken of him. He appears to be taking this picture in front of some kind of lake.

Speaking of things that seem to be somewhat sick, we'll be talking about something that we believe may be sick as well (but not that kind of sick.)

Chapter 3: I.T.C.A

So, you may be wondering about what the hell the ITCA is. Well, I'll try my best to explain it to you as best as I can, because I honestly wasn't paying all that much attention in the meeting, but the I.T.C.A would basically be a (RP) trade alliance that features a committee of several countries. Under the ITCA rules, here are some of the following:

So long as all countries shall work to (nearly) their best compacity, that they don't harass each other, and so long as member countries don't attack other member countries, such as a declaration of war against another member state.

If such rules are followed, they can get the following benefits of the alliance:

A. Being able to have better access to trade. (This means that you'll be able to trade to a multitude of countries.)

B. Being able to have more avaliabity to trade. (Such things, from weapons to valuable ore, can be traded.)

C. Currency Exchange/A internationally shared currency (The choice to use a better and simple currency exchange system, or the choice of using a currency that can be used throughout the alliance, which will make conversion not needed to all members in alliance.)

D. Being able to gain more materials at smaller prices (This is pretty self-explanatory.)

E. Being able to have the option to vote. (If you work to (nearly) the best of your ability, you'll be able to vote for the leader of the alliance.)

F. Gaining better diplomatic relations, and possibly some advice as well. (For newcomers, or those who need some advice as to how they can better their gameplay and roleplay experience, members of the alliance, if they want to, can pitch in to help you get helpful info.)

We hope that this (RP) alliance came someday become a reality, especially since our Sun Dragon Emperor, Wu Sassikastomo, seems to really like this idea of a international trade community of the sorts.

He even proposed a flag for this (RP) alliance; however, A. you can message the Janguresian Parliament here to pitch in your idea for a flag, and B. the problem is that we've never really had a lot of experience running an alliance, let alone creating an alliance, which is why we figured that giving this alliance a more open market deal, and a more democratic system of governing would be a great idea, but we do want to you what you guys are thinking about this idea as well, since this will severely help us in the long run when coming to create this (RP) alliance.

White - Prosperity, Promise, and the Pursuit of Happiness throughout all member states.

Star and Sun in the middle - Gleaming bright in the possibility of wealth, prosperity, promise, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Chapter 4: The Dang Sheung Pavillion of World Studies & Understanding.

The Dang Sheung PWS&U, or the Dang Sheung World Pavillion, is a pavillion that was exclusively made with the M&A Association & Organization, the Shanyang Corporation, and the Janguresian Government, to help many get a better understanding and feel for many different parts of the world, from a single area. Such things, as historical artifacts, language learning, topographical maps of the world and every country, inventions from all around the world, and much more!

This was inspired by the ideas from many World Expos in the 2010s, and the concept of Jangurupureri having a world expo was founded by Dang Sheung, a high-ranking member of the Shanyang Corporation & M&A Art Association and Organization.

The Dang Sheung World Pavillion near Central Square, in St. Kalipo' Koko, for any and all tourists to come explore. Due to the recent GHAL-90 virus, it's opening day was not as good due to quarantine; however, even though there are still quarantine measures up in our nation, we'll loosen the policies of these measures to allow people to get about and start to get outside again. (Yes, this includes touching grass, as well.)

The picture you're seeing of it is the design for the Pavillion. It's supposed to celebrate art, culture, progressive & traditional values, and colour in it's design.

If you would like to have your culture be represented in the World Pavillion, let us know. We'll be glad to include your culture and history into Dang Sheung's little wonderful look at the world. We would be glad to involve more cultures within the World Pavillion, since it currently only contains South Asian Cultural and Historical Artifacts.

Speaking of Historical moments, we'll move on to our final talk for today, which is: 

Chapter 5: 5 -> 7,1 -> 3.

It's true, we recently added two more branches: The House Of Commons Branch, and the Secretariat Branches, which were made for the sake of making sure that A. things can be more democratic, and so B. there can be better and more inclusion of different parties, for different causes. For example, the Centrist Deer Party is part of the Executive Branch, as it was believed that since the Deer Party have very moderate policies and views, it would be a lot easier to gain diplomatic recognition, as well as have positive international relations. Because of the Deer Party, we have been able to have positive international relations, with countries of both ends of the political spectrum, which we like to hear. This is especially the case since while both ends of the political spectrum may not be so similar, they do have one thing in common: There are certain situations where that can be good and that can be bad, and as such, we can learn from both sides and understand when we should be authorative and when we should be democratic with situations. This will allow us to be able to handle things, such as crisis, better. The parties that'll command the House Of Commons Branch is the Centrist Deer Party, the Leaf Party, and Sun Dragon Party, while the Secretariat Branches will be commanded by the Centrist Deer Party and the Lion Party.

On other news, we also have three capitals instead of 1 now. Sure, St. Itihas Vol Kowida wasn't technically the only capital, but since it had the executive, legislative, and judicial branches, while some of the other "capitals" only had one of those branches; however, this changes today, as St. Kalipo' Koko and St. Haloajasupar, two of the more recent and popular places in Jangurupureri, have received the 2 other branches, necessary to make them be considered branches. This was because of many votes over the past couple of days, which elected these places to have more involvement in government, as these places both have a rising population. It's even speculated that by 2121, these places may skyrocket beyond St. Itihas Vol Kowida's current population of 5 million people by about 35%!

We are glad to have more community involvement in our government, as it will allow us to further conquer over corruption in our government.

However, speaking of community involvement & elections, we'll be talking shortly about our last segment:

Chapter 6: Read All About It!

Election dates: Election dates are based on the year that Jangurupureri was born, about November 22nd, 2085, a few years during the Suez Crisis. The Approval Election Dates are 3.5 years after the current Sun Dragon Emperor has been elected, and the Grand Election Dates are 7 years after the current Sun Dragon Emperor has been elected. June 22nd will be the day when the election votes will be announced to the public. If we are not able to announce to the international public on that day, be cautionary about the results, as it may be possible that something could have been tampered with; however, in the instance of that, a full-on search will be put into place until we can find the culprit of said tamperation. 

Now, about the election.

The First Approval Election in Janguresian History is about to take place. For those of you who don't know about approval elections, they're kind of like a mid-term election, but if it had as much severity as an actual election. These elections often have it where candidates can come up to gain an approval vote, and if the approval vote of the current Sun Dragon Emperor is less than 50% of all votes, or they don't have a majority vote, then there are two situations that can happen.

One of these situations will be where if it is less than 50% of all votes, then a election will be hosted 5 months later to have people vote for who should be the next Sun Dragon Emperor, which can include the original Sun Dragon Emperor. Another scenario is if the current Sun Dragon Emperor doesn't have the majority vote, then in that case, then the two candidates who had the majority vote over the current Sun Dragon will partake in an election five months later. This scenario doesn't include the original Sun Dragon Emperor being able to vote.

These elections also include the emperors of local kingdoms, such as the Kingdom Of Serenaigasia. This means that even if the current Sun Dragon Emperor is not longer the Current Sun Dragon Emperor, they still have the chance to be able to run for a emperor position, but only at the local level. This is because since this is a union of Monarchist Republics, it should be logical that all other monarchist republics must do the same in order to make sure that fairness is in order as well.

However, this election will possibly change much, but it might not at the same time. It is possible for there to be a close vote. A Close Vote Situation is when the votes are so close that it may not be best to assume that an election 5 months later should do the trick, and as such, a Close Vote Situation will involve either little or no change in power. As such, they will have to wait another 3.5 years until the next election.

-Election Candidates-

Each candidate has the option of either having their slogan be in English, or in their native language. All candidates this year have decided to have their campaign slogan be in their respective native languages.

(NOTE: Technically 3) The 3 candidates for the Approval Election are the following (The Sun Dragon Emperor can't run for candidacy until the votes have been decided; however, they are expected to be prepared to give out paperwork to participate for candidacy, if it is possible.):

Sir. Dahr Leuam IV, Male ,a Bengali Man from the Lion Party, 32 yrs old, has family of 8 (5 boys, 2 girls, one wife), invested in the ideals of keeping Tradition alive.

Has been known to invest much more time focused on communitarian projects that involve Tradition.

Has about 7 months experience in the Legislative Branch, but has 4 years experience in law, history, and ethnic studies.

Dahr's Campaign Slogan: "वोट फॉर मी, फॉर ए चीयर टू हिस्ट्री!" (Vote For Me, for a cheer to history!)

Sir. Frederich Kriel III, Asexual, a Former South African General, and of Afrikaner descent, from the Leaf Party, 56 yrs old, has family of 2, (Frederich and his dog), invested in communitarian and progressive beliefs.

Has been known to be strict, yet democratic, in teamwork scenarios, and is known to have PSTD flashbacks of times of Old Bhutania.

Has 26 yrs in miliarial positions, including even being part of the Janguresian Romanov Regiment, and has immensive problem-solving skills and diplomatic skills.

Frederich's Campaign Slogan: "Werk saam, veg saam, wees saam sterk." (Work Together, Fight Together, Be Strong Together.)

 Amaanullah Brothers, both are Bicurious, both are members of the Sun Dragon Party, both are from Malaysian-Mongolian descent, 42 & 47 yrs old respectively, have a family of 4 with them both being part of that family, invested in making more democratic, progressive, and capitalist policies.

They have been known to help build moderately sized enterprises in Jangurupureri, and have used many diplomatic trade deals, such as the New Olyzstyn trade deal, to have more international company partners. They are also known to keep mostly to themselves. They don't like talking out all that much, unless they have to. They also work well together, and often get the job done on time, and typically do things covertly.

They've had experience in economics, laws, diplomacy for 10 & 16 yrs respectively, and have a sense in cooperative-compeitivism and internationalism, and have experience working in the Main Tarai Corporation Board Of Directors. They have great problem-solving skills and are severely open to many things, and typically spend more to earn more.
