Withdrawal of all Cascadian forces; ceasefire

After several inconclusive military actions by the nations of Dauchh Palki and New Olstzyn, the Czar has decided to withdraw all Cascadian forces from all combat zones and has announced a ceasefire. 
This conflict has been called pointless and has been protested numerous times in Cascadian cities. The Cascadian idea of staying out of conflicts and only contributing via lend lease has only been reinforced. 

Luckily, there have been minimal casualties, with a high estimate of only 180, which most are suspected to be unrelated, but unfortunately there have been up to 8,300 injuries, ranging from moderate to severe. 
Soldiers who experienced firefights or sustained injuries have been honorably discharged and compensated ₡500,000. The DDoD has put 1 million Dominion soldiers back into reserve.
