Dauchh, I don't know how I say this but everything is messed up at this point.
This roleplay community is seriously getting concerning. If I am not wrong, I am older than most of you in this rp community, and although I could say some lines like "back in the day rp was better" like some 80 year old grandpa, I won't. The roleplay community was equally sh*t back then, and it is sh*t now too. Back in the day these toxic wars used to happen, it happens till date too.
If we really want to solve something, we will have to change the institution of roleplay altogether. When PWRO was first created, it was pretty well going, and then I got kicked, it started to lose it hold on the institution of roleplay and it went inactive. If we are really serious about fixing roleplay, how can we do that?
We can't agree on a single thing except nukes. We can't agree on land measurement, we can't agree on military statistics, we can't agree on a proper lore because some say orbis and the world are two different worlds or some say that some certain balkanization happened which caused a lot of issues and we were born in the world.
Is there no way we can agree? We have so many united nation servers, one of vulcanites, one of pino, one which I took over with vulcanites' permission and one of president poggers. We all have this common vision of making an utopian rp society, but how?
Is there some institution we can agree upon to settle up disputes, set up rules, a place where everyone can agree to sit and discuss and a place where we can actually produce something meaningful for this roleplay community? There are many gaming communities which produce a lot of meaningful content to the society, like fanart, drawings, memes, edits and so much more but this toxicity and hate makes the fanart, drawings, memes and edits, everything irrelevant.
We all can fix this, and to fix so, let's set up a board. A board which will discuss and decide on new rules. There are many 'mature' players I believe, even if I have disagreements with can help us make a better community out of ourselves. Some 'mature' players I believe are you Dauchh, SomeGermanOnline, Nukey, PinoVogel, TUI, CB, Zullimanistan, JI and Luna. These people as per my opinion care about the community, and are capable of initiating a big movement to fix this community.
Speaking about back in the day, there was a single thing that we didn't have, and we do now. We have unity and maturity. Back in the day, we were cavemen who would fight for absolutely everything and for the absolute nonsense possible. But now, that's not the case. We are more united than before, and despite strong disagreements, we have the capability of speaking to our opponent, which was a luxury back in the day.
Let's use what we have to decide and fix roleplay. Who takes the initiative? I can, but you guys say and by such a move, we can discuss and initiate some actual reforms.
Not gonna lie I am not the most understanding person in the community, but I will still proceed to write this bulletin dedicated to Dauchh, and why I would rather fail in a mission than do nothing and just sit and complain. Thanks for reading.

I agree with this, though I wouldn't call myself mature at all, or many people based on my interactions with them.
But either way I still stand by my criticism of the UNO, I think it good very well end up being pretty helpful in atleast helping us have less disagreements but for the time being isn't the most neutral or unbiased organization.

Personally I don't think its possible for you guys to change anything but it will be amusing to watch you try (or fail miserably depending on what happens).

I think we can change things, but the issue we'd definitely run into if we had a specific group to make the rules is that inevitably, if a new player comes in and breaks the rules, they'd be met with immediate toxicity and unnecessary reactions — I say this because this is something I've seen happening already.
However, it's definitely a good idea to set some foundational agreements at least, with the input of everyone if possible.

I know I wasnt counted among the players you believe are trustworthy which is fine by me. I hope I’ll earn it in the future.
