RIE has come a long way in its first 3 months of existence. Fought three wars as represented  on the flag, gone from a 3 man alliance to a 18 member alliance, and gotten a prot with the Wei. We have grown dispute our wars and that is something I am very proud of. We fought for where we are and no one can deny that. 
 

Remember, RIE plunders the waves
