In a dramatic change of heart, Grand Poobah Tubby has allowed his nation to be renamed much to the excitement of the people. When Grand Poobah Tubby ascended the throne, he named the land after himself, and ignored all cries for decency. However, since this is the land of chocolate, pasties and Mountain Dew, the people started a grass roots effort to execute change. Over the course of many dinner buffets and plates of tiramisu the nations advisors explained the need for change.
Grand Poobah Tubby then travelled to the nation's cities and engaged in a tour of all the restaurants, dives, and coffee shops to get to understand his people better. As he did so, he developed a love of cold-brew coffee and tapas. After experiencing all of the food the nation had to offer, he knew change was needed. This change has resulted in 100% approval of the Grand Poobah and a 14 day national holiday has been called for. This holiday will feature the best foods of the nations surrounding Smorgasbord and other leaders are invited to be special guests of the throne.
