Cossackia sends envoy with apology over C-17 intrusion

After yesterdays event we now have an update on the situation regarding an Cossackian C-17 Globemaster III violating Illushian Air Space, just five hours ago Cossackia Prime Minster Karlina Soyokova issue a statement in response to the incident stating that ““Cossackia does military training, yes we do military maneuvers with NATO. However, because I'm also in control of the Cossackian Air Force, I was sure no one commanded a Globemaster to foreign airspace. We will never do such things…" and an hour after this statement Coosackia sent an envoy with a letter of apology and classified intel regarding possible theories on who is responsible for the incident. From what we were told the Supreme Peanut has personally accepted the letter and has sent a private response to  Premier Karla, and made a public response to the press where he stated:

“After reviewing intelligence provided by both Cossackia and our own FIS I hereby resolve the Cossackian government of any blame for this incident, however, we are disturbed about the fact that a foreign power may be trying to sabatoge relations between our two nations, henceforth I have sent the Premier an offer stating that we will help out with the investigation if they so wish”.
